On September 15, 2017, Officer St. Romain conducted a traffic stop on Todd Parker Nuewirth, who was ultimately charged with Tampering with Government Document and Fraud Use/ Poss ID Info # Items 10<50. Today, May 5th, 2018, Todd Parker Nuewirth was found GUILTY and sentenced to 75 years on each charge. The Splendora Police Department could not be more proud in all the time and dedication each officer put in along with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office for their countless hours. For all the victims, Justice has been served.
