dps pursuit

Just before 10:30 Saturday night a DPS trooper Hinjosa attempted to stop a silver Chevrolet pickup at South Loop 336 and FM 3083. The female driver identified as Adrienne Dominique Foster, 26, of Conroe and female passenger sped away north on FM 3083. The chase continued for twenty-eight miles. North on FM 3083 running the red light at SH 105, it continued north to the North Loop where she turn east and started throwing things out of the vehicle. When the truck reached Loop 336 at SH105 the passenger door came open. As the truck turned onto SH105 a large item was thrown out onto the highway and the vehicle continued to FM 3083.

With Trooper Hinojosa still in pursuit the truck continued north  on FM 3083 past the airport . It was at this point the female passenger jumped out while the vehicle was still traveling at a high rate of speed.

When the truck reached FM 1484 and Willis Waukegan it ran south at speeds close to 100 mph, crossing Sh105 and then FM 1485. Officers from Conroe, DPS and Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office were still attempting to catch up as Hinojosa was still in the pursuit alone. Being mostly back roads there was little to no traffic.

When they crossed FM 1485 the chase continued to Coon Hollow and back to  FM 1485. Turning north they continued up FM 1485.

At FM 1485 and Jefferson Chemical a Montgomery County Deputy was able to deploy spikes. A road block had been set up at SH 105 where the vehicle was stopped and the female was taken into custody.

As the chase was going on , Kenneth with Adamicks Wrecker service was north bound on FM 1484 and spotted the passenger who jumped out. As he slowed she asked him for a ride. Once she was in the vehicle and he noticed her leg bleeding he convinced her she needed medical attention.Instead of the hospital he told her he would take her to a location closer where and ambulance was already out on the scene.

He transported her to the location of the end of the pursuit where she was detained by officers.

MCHD transported her to Conroe Regional Hospital with minor injuries.

Foster was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on a charge of evading, tampering with physical evidence and two counts of possession of controlled substance. . She is currently on parole for a possession of a controlled substance charge in Chamber County which she was arrested for December of 2010 and sentenced to five years in TDCJ. Prior to that she was also charged with possession of a controlled substance in 2004 and 2008.
