Texas Center for the Missing has issued a Houston Regional Amber Alert for the Oyster Creek Police Department who are looking for an endangered missing child. The 11-year-old Hispanic male child, Javier Christian Chapa, Jr., (DOB 01-06-2004) was last seen around 9:00 am on Saturday, January 24, 2015 in the backyard of his grandparents in Oyster Creek in Brazoria County, Texas. The suspect has felony warrants pending (Richwood PD-Texas), and is a known drug user. The suspect is Hispanic male and does not have a known vehicle.
