Just after 2 am Monday morning a while male attempted to gain entry to a home in the 13000 block of Tommy Smith Road just south of FM 2090. The homeowner fired on the suspect and hearing a loud scream believes he hit the suspect. He then witnessed the suspect run to the road and get into a waiting white Ford Focus and speed off.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office quickly responded but were unable to locate the vehicle. After investigation they were not able to find any blood on the ground.
