Burnet Middle School Principal David Dean has been arrested and booked into the Travis County Jail on a charge of online solicitation of a minor. The Austin ISD Police assisted Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office Investigators in the arrest. The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office has not yet released a statement as it is an ongoing investigation. A letter was sent to parents of students at Burnet. Dean was booked into the Travis County Jail on a $70,000 bond early this afternoon.
