BLOTTER FOR MCSO DISTRICT 6-WOODLANDS

District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)

On November 22 at approximately 4:45 p.m., Deputy Houstoun was dispatched to a Shoplifter in Custody call at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspect, a 17-year-old female from Houston attempted to take $223.99 of merchandise from Macy’s Children’s Department. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and charged with Theft.

On November 22 at approximately 6:30 p.m., Deputy Houstoun was dispatched to a Shoplifter in Custody call at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspect, a 14-year-old female from Spring, attempted to take $100 worth of jewelry from J.C. Penny’s Department Store. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility and charged with Theft.

At approximately 11 p.m. on November 22, Deputy Wagner and Deputy Suarez conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Woodlands Parkway. During the course of the Traffic Stop, Deputies Wagner and Suarez determined that the driver was intoxicated. The driver, a 71-year-old female from Richardson, TX, was taken into custody, transported to the Montgomery County Jail, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

On November 23rd at approximately 7:45 p.m., Deputy Eisenmenger responded to a Shoplifter in Custody call at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspect, a 57-year-old female from The Woodlands, attempted to take approximately $1262.57 worth of merchandise from Dillard’s Department Store. She was taken into custody, transported to the Montgomery County Jail, and charged with Theft.

Deputy Johnson responded to a Shoplifter in Custody call on November 23rd at 3 p.m. The suspect, a 46-year-old female from Conroe, attempted to take approximately $64.92 from the Wal-Mart located at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect was charged with Theft and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

Deputy Houstoun responded to a Suspicious Person call on November 23rd at 5 p.m. at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspect had been observed trying to open car doors. The suspect was located, and during the course of the investigation was found to have a pill bottle containing different types of medications. The suspect, a 25-year-old male from Willis, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance after the pills were identified as Clonazepam, Trazodone, and Hydrocodone.

At 7:30 p.m. on November 23rd, Deputy Ross responded to a Shoplifter in Custody call at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The three suspects, all 17-year-old males from Spring, had attempted to take $446 worth of merchandise from Macy’s Department Store. Two of the suspects were taken into custody and charged with Theft. The third suspect received a citation for Theft and was released at the scene.

On November 24th at approximately 2 a.m., Deputy Pierman conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that ran the stop sign at Tangle Brush and Glen Loch, almost striking his patrol vehicle. The suspect, a 19-year-old male from Houston, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

Deputy Abdelbaky conducted a traffic stop on November 24th on Panther Creek at Glen Loch. The driver, 21-year-old male from Magnolia was arrested after he was found to have marijuana, ½ pill of Adderall and ½ pill of Xanax in his possession. Charges for Possession of a Controlled Substance (in a school zone) were accepted by the District Attorney’s Office and the suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On November 25th at approximately 2:30 p.m., Deputy Weatherford was flagged down while riding his patrol bike in the parking lot at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The reportee requested Deputy Weatherford check the welfare of a male subject sitting in a vehicle apparently passed out. Deputy Weatherford found him to be in possession and under the influence of Heroin. The suspect was taken into custody, transported to the Montgomery County Jail, and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
