On January 19, 2016, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office observed a silver Nissan passenger vehicle in the 600 block of FM 1960, in North Harris County. The occupants of the vehicle were acting suspiciously and the vehicle’s license plate was run, revealing the vehicle was recently stolen in a carjacking. The driver, Christian Jackson, a female passenger, Tamala Raglin, and a juvenile female exited the vehicle and began to flee on foot. All three were quickly apprehended following a brief foot pursuit.

Both Jackson and Raglin were booked into the Harris County Jail. A juvenile suspect was also arrested and charged with Evading before being released to a parent.” – Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman
