Officers with the Cleveland Police Department arrested several individuals who had outstanding warrants. The following wanted fugitives were taken into custody:
Leonard Lillie, age 41, of Cleveland, Tx., Warrant for: Parole Violation (Austin),
Arrested on 7/13/2011, No Bond.
Rayford Eugene Brown, age 33, of Cleveland, Tx. , Warrant from Liberty County-
for Bond Forfeiture on Possession of Marijuana original charge, Bond $5,000;
Arrested on 7/13/2011.
Bartolo Romo Jr., age 38, of Dallas, Tx., Waller County #155 District Court had a warrant for Bartolo: Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registry, No Bond, Arrested on 7/13/2011.
Brandy Washburn Stephens, age 26, of Cleveland, Tx., Warrant from Sanjacinto County District Court #411, Warrant: Motion to Revoke Probation- Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Arrested on 7/14/2011, Bond $5,000.
Melori Mae Whitfield, age 31, of Goodrich, Tx., Warrant from Montgomery County Court at Law #1, Driving While Intoxicated, Bond set at $1,000; Arrested on 7/14/2011.
Beyonka Shantell Bogany, age 29, of Cleveland, Tx., Warrant Shelby County, Criminal Non-Child Support, Arrested on 7/15/2011.
Spencer Lewis Wertz, age 17, of Cleveland, Tx., Two Warrants from Liberty County Court at Law: 1) Bond Forfeiture- Burglary of Vehicle, Bond $10,000; 2) Bond Forfeiture- Burglary of Vehicle, Bond $10,000. Wertz also had Five outstanding warrants from Montgomery County Court at Law #1; all warrants were for the charge of Burglary of Vehicle, and the bonds were set at $500.00 for each charge, Wertz Arrested on 7/17/2011.
Thomas R. Haverkorn III, age 48, of Cleveland, Tx., Warrants from Liberty County Court at Law, for Theft By Check, bond $500, Arrested on 7/18/2011.
Joshua Gatlin, age 22, of Cleveland, Tx. , had warrant from Harris County Court #07, charge of: Terroristic Threat, Misdemeanor, Bond $5,000.
Jesse Drew Cates, age 29, of Coldspring, Tx., found to have an outstanding warrant from the 75th District Court of Liberty County for: Probation Violation for: original charge: Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon; No Bond
