The driver who had left his daughter’s wedding did not have time to apply the brakes and struck the pedestrian. The driver, who was quite distraught was not injured. The driver showed no signs of impairment. Montgomery County Precinct 5 Justice of the Peace Matt Masden responded to the scene and ordered Eickenhorst Funeral Directors to transport the male victim to the Montgomery County Forensic Center for autopsy and identification.
