Last Saturday, at approximately 2:20 pm, Conroe Police officers were dispatched to check the welfare of a resident at the Timbers of Pine Hollow Apartments located at 2020 Plantation Dr. A resident there had called police and reported that his neighbor’s front door had been standing ajar overnight.
Officers arrived and made entry into the apartment, where they located the victim. He had suffered an apparent gunshot wound, and was deceased.
The victim was identified as Fermin Aguilar Flores. It is not known at this time what the motive in this incident may be.
