Okay, he was caught in the act; he has an extensive record or is a habitual criminal; don’t just give him a slap on the hand. He has proven he is going to abuse society as much and as long as he is free. He should be sent up for a while and give society a break.

The Latin term for this apprehension will be recorded in legal journals and courtroom proceedings as Theftus Interruptus attempted by a Hideous Felonious Ignoramus Maximus.

Glad the police caught another recidivistic troublemaker before he had a chance to use the gun he stole. He undoubtedly WOULD have! My hopes are the judge will act with common sense and give this punk some serioustime.
