ONCE AGAIN CONSOLIDATED SHUTS THE INTERNET DOWN WITHOUT WARNING. TONIGHT AS I POST THE STORIES FOR TODAY AND READY FOR THEM TO FINISH UPLOADING CONSOLIDATED TELEPHONE DECIDES TO DO WORK ON THE LINES AGAIN WITHOUT WARNING. WELL I GUESS I NEED TO START CHARGING THEM FOR MY TIME AS I SAT HERE OVER AN HOUR AND HAD 5 MINUTES TO GO. NOW START ALL OVER. I PAY FOR A SERVICE THEY CAN’T SEEM TO PROVIDE. WHAT ABOUT EVERYONE ELSE?

    Consolidated is AWFUL!! We bundled services to save money went with their digital TV, High speed internet and digital phone bundle. The phone service was useless so we rely on our cell phones, the digital HD channels are always breaking up and we loose service and the internet is by far the worst I have ever had. I spend more time reloading pages than I do actual work!! Consolidated needs to get it together.. Yes, I am saving quite a bit per month but the quality of service I have to show for it is unacceptable!!

    Out in North East Montgoemry county and the only thing they offer here is dial-up! Use Verizon Wireless here, only $59.99/month and always up and running, USB modem for laptop or desktop…

    same here…i got rid of them a few months ago. They were too expensive just to have internet ($70) and never used the land line…I didn’t even want a land line, but they said I had to have it to have the internet. I would constantly lose internet access with consolidated, sometimes it felt like it was on a daily basis.
