Last week, September 3 – 6, 2019, Constable Mark Herman’s Office teamed up with Klein Independent School District Police for a School Bus Safety Traffic Initiative. The initiative targeted drivers who passed school buses picking up kids for school.
A total of 51 citations were given during this time frame. 21 citations were issued for Failing to Stop for a School Bus. 30 other citations were issued for other traffic violations.
The operation was a huge success and KISD PD was thankful for the joint operation.
