Deputy E. Martin responded to a disturbance call on 3/24/2016, in the 16500 block of Main Drive, in Willis where spoke with a female complainant who said her husband was choking their 16-year-old son. While she was attempting to pull him off of the 16-year-old, he struck her in the face with a closed fist. The man, 45-year-old Patrick Bryant Henderson, was arrested for assault and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

ANTHONY DEWAYNE DUNN

On 3/25/2016, Deputy Savage was dispatched to the 11100 block of Quinlan North Lake Drive, in Conroe, in reference to an assault call. Deputy Savage met with the female complainant who advised her husband, Anthony Dunn, had punched her with a closed fist above her left eye. The male was arrested for assault and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

ANTHONY DEWAYNE DUNN, 06/28/1963 is charged with ASSAULT FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD MEMBER W/PREVIOUS CONVICTION. HIS BOND WAS SET AT $20,000.

On 3/26/2016, Senior Sergeant Berger attempted to make a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 17400 block of Deer Run. The driver exited the vehicle and continued into the house. Due to an aggressive dog in the yard, Senior Sergeant Berger was unable to follow the individual.

On 03/21/2016, Deputy Savage conducted a traffic stop in the area of Squirrel Tree and Shepard Hill, in Willis. Upon identifying the male driver, it was found he had an open warrant out of Harris County. The warrant was confirmed, the male was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 3/22/2016, Deputies Derby and Bourne were dispatched to the 12200 block of Highway 105 East, in Conroe, in reference to a welfare check. After identifying the male, he was found to have active warrants out of Montgomery County and San Jacinto County. The Montgomery County warrants were confirmed, the male was arrested, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 3/23/2016, Deputy Merlos was dispatched to a disturbance call in the 15000 block of highway 105 East, in Conroe. The female complainant advised that the male suspect had been drinking, became belligerent towards her, pushed her and caused her to hit her head against a wall. The male was arrested for assault and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 3/23/2016, Deputy Collignon responded to a disturbance call in the 17500 block of Holly Glen, in Conroe. Upon meeting with the male complainant, it was found that he had been assaulted by a female who was upset because he had broken off their relationship. The female struck the male in various areas of his body causing him pain. The female was arrested for assault and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 3/24/2016, Deputy Cross responded to a welfare check in the 12400 block of Red Stagg, in Conroe. Upon making contact with the male on scene, he was found to have an outstanding warrant. The warrant was confirmed, the male was arrested, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 3/26/2016, Deputy Campos was dispatched to the 13300 block of FM 2432, in Conroe, in reference to a criminal mischief call. Upon arrival, Deputy Campos made contact with a male complainant who advised he had driven a female acquaintance to the location to pick up her son. The father of the child became upset that the male was on location and jumped on the complainant’s vehicle. The victim asked the male to get off the vehicle so he could leave. The male suspect reportedly jumped down and kicked the passenger window, breaking the window. The male suspect left the scene prior to Deputy Campos making the scene. While in the process of identifying parties involved, it was found that the male complainant had warrants out of Montgomery County. The complainant was arrested for the warrants and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. While at the jail, Deputy Campos was advised that the male suspect had returned to the original scene and was being detained by Willis Police. Deputy Campos returned to the scene and arrested the male suspect for criminal mischief and outstanding Montgomery County warrants. The male suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 3/25/2016, while on routine patrol, Deputy Campos observed a vehicle with a defective tail light traveling on Interstate 45 North, in the area of FM 1097. Once Deputy Campos made contact with the male driver, he could smell an odor of alcoholic beverage emitting from him.

An investigation was conducted indicating the male was intoxicated. The male advised he was suffering from a medical condition. E.M.S arrived and cleared him from the medical condition he was advising he had, but determined his blood pressure was high. The male was transported to the hospital and while being examined refused to give a blood specimen. A warrant was signed by a Judge and blood was drawn. Once being cleared from the hospital, the male was arrested for driving while intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

Deputy S. Martin arrived on scene when the driver was seen walking towards his vehicle. Senior Sergeant Berger gave commands for the male to walk towards him. The male fled on foot, jumping over a fence, and into the woods. The male’s mother arrived on scene and contacted the male by phone. The male returned to the scene and advised he ran because he believed his license was suspended. The male was arrested for evading and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
