On December 20, Deputy Zapf assisted Sergeant Whitworth with a motorist assist call in the 5900 block of Highway 105. Due to the male continuously placing his hands in his pockets, Sergeant Whitworth did a terry frisk on the subject for weapons and felt what he believed was a pill bottle in the subjects left front pocket. The subject advised that it was a lighter, but when the subject pulled it out it was an unmarked pill bottle containing green pills. The pills were identified as Clonazepam which the male did not have a prescription for. The male was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

District 4 – Lt. Allison Amundson (West County)
On December 26th, two District 4 Patrol Deputies were dispatched to a trespassing in progress call in the 12000 block of Rhonda Drive. Upon arrival, the suspect, a 20 year old male, had already left the scene but later returned and was located standing at the front porch. The male was taken into custody for criminal trespass. Marijuana was discovered in the center console of the suspect’s vehicle, along with a Louisiana driver’s license not belonging to him. An additional charge of possession of marijuana and fraudulent use of identifying information were added to his arrest record.
On December 23rd, a District 4 Patrol Deputy was dispatched to a suspicious vehicle call, in reference to a vehicle parked in the 27000 Block of State Highway 249, in the median. Upon arrival, the deputy observed a 20 year old male asleep in the front seat. Looking through the window, the deputy observed a glass smoking pipe with marijuana in it on the center console. The male was awaken and taken into custody for possession of marijuana.
On December 21st, a District 4 Patrol Deputy conducted a traffic stop and made contact with a 23 year old male who was shown to have a felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance out of Galveston County. The warrant was confirmed and the male taken into custody.
On July 19th, a District 4 Patrol Deputy made contact with a 24 year old male in the 36000 block of Lower Lake Lane. The male was shown to have a felony warrant for bond forfeiture. The warrant was confirmed and the male taken into custody.
District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch (Northwest County)
On 12/16/16, Deputy Toliver was dispatched to the 3500 block of Medley Ranch Road, in reference to an alarm. Upon arrival, he observed a car parked in the parking lot occupied by four males. Upon identifying the males, Deputy Toliver could smell the distinct odor of burnt marijuana coming from the vehicle and on one of the males. Upon searching the vehicle, Deputy Toliver located a clear plastic jar containing marijuana under the subject’s seat. Upon asking him if he had any more, he shook his pants leg and a clear baggie fell out that also contained marijuana. Due to the subjects sitting in a school parking lot, the male was arrested for possession of marijuana in a drug free zone. The male was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 12/16/16, Sergeant Fluellen conducted a traffic stop. Upon checking the driver, she showed to have active warrants through our agency. The warrants were confirmed and the female was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 12/17/16, Deputy Ford was dispatched to the 200 block of Blue Hill Drive, in reference to a disturbance call. Deputy Ford arrived and spoke with the female on location who advised her of what had occurred. Deputy Ford did observe injuries to the complainant. She then spoke to the male, who confirmed that he had grabbed her and pushed her out of the residence. The male was taken into custody for assault and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 12/19/16, Deputy Lowe was dispatched to the 26200 block of Porter Road, in reference to a criminal mischief call. Upon arriving, he learned that an actor had kicked the front of the complainant’s car causing damage to it. While speaking to the suspect, dispatch advised that there was an active warrant for him out of our agency. When the suspect was advised that he had an active warrant, he attempted to flee from Deputy Lowe but slipped on the wet ground and was quickly detained. The suspect was arrested for criminal mischief, evading, and the warrant. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 12/20/16, Deputy Kirby conducted a traffic stop in the area of Highway 105 and Westerbrook Drive. Upon checking the license plate, it did not match the vehicle identification number on the vehicle. Consent was given for a search of the vehicle and his person. Upon checking the male, a clear baggie was located in his right front pocket that contained a crystal like substance. The substance was tested and tested positive as methamphetamine. The male was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)
On 12/21/16, Deputy Fruchtnicht and Blanton were dispatched to 10001 Woodlands Parkway, on a shoplifter call. Once on scene, the Deputies found that the male also had a warrant out for his arrest. The 27 year old male from Conroe was arrested for the warrant and theft. He was then taken to jail.
On 12/22/16, Deputy Johnson was dispatched to 1201 Lake Woodlands, for a shoplifting call. Upon arrival, the Deputy met with Loss Prevention and three females that were detained. During the process, it was determined that all three females were in possession of property and had left
the store without making any attempt to pay for said items. All females were from Houston, were all charged with theft, and taken to jail.
On 12/22/16, Deputy Nichols was dispatched to 1302 Lake Woodlands, for a shoplifter call. Upon arrival, he met with Loss Prevention and with the female that was detained. The female was found to have property not belonging to her and also lied about her identity. The 23 year old female, from Houston, was charged with theft, as well as fail to identify fugitive from justice.
On 12/23/16, Deputy Rogers and Evans made contact with a male who was stopped on a traffic violation. The male showed to have prior convictions of driving while license invalid. The male was then taken into custody for driving while license invalid and taken to jail.
On 12/23/16, Deputy Runnels was dispatched to the 3600 block of College Park, in reference to a male with a gun. Units arrived on scene and made contact with the complainant. They learned that the suspect had come to the apartment and pointed a rifle at the male. The suspect was located and was taken into custody for the incident. He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and taken to jail.
On 12/24/16, Deputy Forman conducted a traffic stop in the 2100 block of Buckthorne, on a driver with defective equipment. The male driver was identified and showed to have an active warrant for his arrest out of Montgomery County for assault. The 29 year old male from Spring was taken into custody on the warrant and taken to jail.
On 12/25/16, Deputy McDonald made contact with a suspicious person in the area of Timber Ridge. Contact was made and the male was identified. The 20 year old male from Spring showed to have an active warrant for his arrest. The male was taken to jail on the warrant.
On 12/24/16, Deputy Lopez was dispatched to the 3600 block of College Park Drive, in reference to a disturbance. The female involved in the disturbance was identified and showed to have an active warrant for her arrest. The female was taken into custody for the warrant and taken to jail.
On 12/25/16, Deputy Lappin and Cogdill conducted a traffic stop on the 9100 block of Cochrans Crossing. The male was identified and showed to have an active warrant for his arrest. The 25 year old male from Spring was taken into custody for the warrant and taken to jail.
On 12/27/16, Deputy Rodgers and Evans were dispatched to the 1100 block of Lake Woodlands, in reference to a shoplifter. Information was gathered and showed that the male had placed items in and on his person and attempted to leave the store without paying for the items. The 41 year old male was then taken into custody for theft and taken to jail.
