Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers Lopez and Sullivan were working radar on Ford Road just after 10:30 Saturday evening when a black Ford passenger car passed them at 90 mph. The troopers turned around to initiate a traffic stop, but before they were able, the vehicle crashed, flipping several times near the intersection of Clennie Needham and Ford Road.
Porter Fire Department and Montgomery County Hospital District medics responded to the scene. When Porter Fire arrived on the scene they immediately called for additional units to assist in extricating the two trapped victims from the vehicle. After about 30 minutes both were removed and transported to Kingwood Hospital in stable condition.
According to DPS the male driver identified as Max Frayser, 23, of Porter will be charged with Speeding, Reckless Driving and Driving While Intoxicated. His passenger was identified as 22-year-old Heather Frayser of Porter.
