DWLI LEADS TO METH BUST IN MAGNOLIA

On Friday December 2, 2016 The Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constables Department conducted a traffic stop in the Hazy Hollow neighborhood of Magnolia. The driver was identified as Christopher Ramirez, 46, was found to be driving with and invalid driver’s license. Upon further investigation the deputies were able to find approximately 12.5 grams of Methamphetamine. The Driver Christopher Ramirez, 46, and passenger Heather Callais, 34, were arrested for a second degree felony Possession of a controlled substance. A Second Degree Felony punishable by 2-20 years in jail and a $10,000 fine.
