Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Trooper’s responded to a one-vehicle fatality crash on Honea Egypt Rd. in Montgomery County. The preliminary crash investigation indicates on Monday at approximately 12:40 p.m., a 2004 Roadster Shelby kit car was traveling north on Honea Egypt Rd and struck a tree on the side of the roadway. The driver of the Roadster, 69-year-old Warren Edgar out of Magnolia, TX, was pronounced deceased at the scene. This is an on-going investigation and there is no additional information available for release at this time.
