On July 5, 2016 Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constables deputies made a traffic stop on Hardin Store Road in the Magnolia area. The deputies observed the driver acting overly nervous and asked for consent to search the vehicle. Upon searching the vehicle the deputies found a large bag containing over a half of pound of methamphetamine. Daniel Ray Robinson, 36, was arrested for the methamphetamine and charged with a First Degree Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance. A first Degree Felony is punishable by Life or 5-99 years imprisonment and a fine not to exceed $10,000.
