HARRIS COUNTY PRECINCT 4 ARRESTS TWO FOR IMPERSONATING A POLICE OFFICER

On April 16, 2018, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the North Villa Motel located in the 16500 block of the North Freeway in reference to a Robbery. While conducting the investigation the deputy was advised that a group of males were banging on room doors and identifying themselves as Houston Police Officers.

Responding Constable Deputies quickly located and detained two suspects identified as Noe Argueta and Douglas Aguilar. Witnesses positively identified both males as the impersonators attempting to gain access to various motel rooms. Deputies are continuing to investigate if Argueta and Aguilar may have used these same tactics on other victims in the area.

“Noe Argueta and Douglas Aguilar were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Impersonating a Public Servant. Argueta’s bond is set at $5,000.00 and Agular received No Bond, both out of the 176th District Court.” – Constable Mark Herman
