
On Thursday, Deputies with Harris County Precinct 4 Mark Hermans Office assisted Montgomery County in the arrest of Kayla Miller who was located just across the county line on Lancewood Drive in Spring. She was put on probation on a drug charge in October of 2019, However, a motion to revoke was issued after the Judge learned of a new drug charge in Harris County in October of 2020, a public intoxication charge in Montgomery County in November 2020, and multiple failed urinalysis tests as required. In addition, she is also being charged with resisting arrest on Thursday’s arrest. She is being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $100, 500.oo bond,
