LOCATION:      16200 Tomball Parkway.

DEFENDANT:   Tran, Tinh / Age 43 / Houston, Texas / 177th District Court / Bond $ No Bond

Details: On January 8th, 2016, at approximately 2:05 am Deputy L. Paige with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 16200 block of Tomball Parkway. Upon making contact with the driver/defendant, Tinh Tran, Dep. Paige could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Tran’s breath. Further investigation by Dep. Paige revealed that Tran was intoxicated. Tran was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated w/ Previous Convictions, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

LOCATION:      2700 N. Beltway 8 W.

DEFENDANT:   Calvillo, Bernardo / Age 29 / Houston, Texas / County Court 005 / Bond $ 5000

Details: On January 9th, 2016, at approximately 12:53 am Deputy F. Cobas with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 2700 block of the N. Beltway 8 W. Upon making contact with the driver/defendant, Bernardo Calvillo, Dep. Cobas could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Calvillo’s breath. Further investigation by Dep. Cobas revealed that Calvillo was intoxicated. Calvillo was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On January 8th, 2016 at approximately 9:45pm Deputy J. Ramos with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the intersection of Spring Cypress Rd @ Telge Rd in reference to a minor accident. Upon Deputy Ramos arrival, he observed the defendant, Marvin Butler, sitting inside the vehicle. While speaking with Butler, Deputy Ramos could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Butler’s breath. Further investigation by Deputy Ramos revealed that Butler was intoxicated. Butler was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

DEFENDANT: Bass, Joshua / Age 30 / Houston, Texas / County Court 003 / Bond $ 500

Details: On January 8th, 2016 at approximately 7:16 am Deputy A. Quintanilla with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 3500 block of the N. Sam Houston Parkway E. Upon Dep. Quintanilla making contact with the driver/defendant, Joshua Bass, failed to have a valid driver’s license. Further investigation by Dep. Quintanilla revealed that Bass was driving with an invalid driver’s license.  Bass was arrested, charged with Driving While License Invalid, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

DEFENDANT: Lewis, Gregory / Age 48 / Houston, Texas / County Court 015 / Bond $ 2500

Details: On January 8th, 2016 at approximately 9:39 am Deputy J. McCants with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 9900 block of W. FM 1960. Upon Dep. McCants making contact with the driver/defendant, Gregory Lewis, failed to have a valid driver’s license. Further investigation by Dep. McCants revealed that Lewis was driving with an invalid driver’s license.  Lewis was arrested, charged with Driving While License Invalid, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On January 12th, 2016, at approximately 4:57pm Deputy F. Gomez with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 21100 block of Kuykendahl Rd in reference to a theft. Upon Dep. Green’s arrival, the complainant advised him that the defendant, Cheree Green, had selected and concealed merchandise and then walked past all points of sale without paying for the merchandise. Green was arrested, charged with theft, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On January 12th, 2016 at approximately 7:34 pm Deputy P. Reade with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 24100 block of Beef Canyon Dr. Upon Deputy Reade making contact with the driver/defendant, Donnell Brown, Deputy Reade could smell a strong odor of marijuana emitting from the interior of the vehicle. Further investigation by Deputy Reade revealed that Brown was in possession of 6.35 ounces of Marijuana. Brown was arrested, charged with Possession of Marijuana, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On January 13th, 2016 at approximately 8:49 am Deputy A. Quintanilla with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 7800 block of the N. Sam Houston Parkway E. Upon Deputy Quintanilla making contact with the driver/defendant, Thaddeus Ketchum, Deputy Quintanilla could smell a strong odor of marijuana emitting from the interior of the vehicle. Further investigation by Deputy Quintanilla revealed that Ketchum was in possession of 0.2 ounces of Marijuana. Ketchum was arrested, charged with Possession of Marijuana, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On January 10th, 2016, at approximately 1:30 am Deputy J. King with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 18000 block of Sugar Pine Dr. Upon making contact with the driver/defendant, Emanuel Rivas, had several open warrants. Further investigation by Dep. King revealed that Rivas was in possession of 2 grams of Cocaine. Rivas was arrested, charged with Possession of a Dangerous Drug, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On January 13th, 2016, at approximately 1:58 am Deputy J. King with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 18000 block of Sugar Pine Dr. Upon making contact with the driver/defendant, Ann Wolfskill, had several open warrants. Further investigation by Dep. King revealed that Wolfskill was in possession of 0.1 grams of Methamphetamine. Wolfskill was arrested, charged with Possession of a Synthetic Narcotic, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On January 11th, 2016 at approximately 2:55 pm Deputy A. Baskins with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 1800 block of Clear Valley Dr. in reference to an assault.   Upon Deputy Baskin’s arrival, Deputy Baskin’s made contact with defendant Henry Bank.  Further investigation by Deputy Baskin’s revealed that Bank’s was in possession of 1 grams of Phencyclidine (Angel Dust) and a handgun.  Bank was arrested, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon (Firearm) and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On January 9th, 2016, at approximately 12:01 am Deputy L. Netro with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 17400 block of the Northwest Freeway.  Upon making contact with the driver/defendant, Gene Faylor, Dep. Netro could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Faylor’s breath. Further investigation by Dep. Netro revealed that Faylor was in possession of 0.5 grams of Methamphetamine. Faylor was arrested, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, and booked into the Harris County Jail.
