Details: On December 25th, 2015 at approximately 8:25 pm Deputy D. Vasquez with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 4500 block of the N. Beltway 8 W, in reference to a major accident. Upon Deputy Vasquez’s arrival and while speaking with the drivers of the vehicles, Deputy Vasquez could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from the breath of the defendant, Jose Gamboa. Further investigation by Deputy Vasquez revealed that Ganboa was intoxicated and had a child passenger in the vehicle under the 15 yoa. Gamboa was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated w/ Child Under 15, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On December 24th, 2015, at approximately 1:50 am Deputy J. Iniguez with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at the intersection of the N. Sam Houston Parkway W @ Veterans Memorial Dr. Upon making contact with the driver/defendant, Collazo Moreno, Deputy Iniguez could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Moreno’s breath. Further investigation by Deputy Iniguez revealed that Moreno was intoxicated, struck another vehicle and fled the scene of the accident. Moreno was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Failure to Stop and Give Information, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On December 24th, 2015, at approximately 11:16 pm Deputy L. Paige with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at the intersection of W. FM 1960 @ Mills Rd.  Upon making contact with the driver/defendant, Albert Vandenberghe, Deputy Paige could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Vandenberghes’ breath. Further investigation by Deputy Paige revealed that Vandenberghe was intoxicated. Vandenberghes then attempted to bribe Deputy Paige with money not to arrest him. Vandenberghe was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated w/ Previous Convictions and Bribery, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On December 26th, 2015 at approximately 11:12 pm Deputy T. Hayes with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 3400 block of the N. Beltway 8 W, in reference to a minor accident. Upon Deputy Hayes arrival, he spoke to the reportee/witness. Further investigation by Deputy Hayes revealed that Hernandez was driving while intoxicated and threatened to assault the arresting deputy. Hernandez was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Retaliation, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On December 27th, 2015 at approximately 2:17 am Deputy A. Hernandez with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 7300 block of the W. Beltway 8 N, in reference to a minor accident. Upon arrival, Deputy Hernandez arrival, he spoke to the defendant, Julio Balderas. While speaking with Bladeras, Deputy Hernandez could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Balderas’ breath. Further investigation by Deputy Hernandez revealed that Balderas was driving intoxicated.  Balderas was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On December 27th, 2015, at approximately 2:20 am Corporal B. Rivaux with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 19000 block of Kuykendahl Rd. Upon making contact with the driver/defendant, Billy Maggard, Cpl. Rivaux could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Maggards breath. Further investigation by Cpl. Rivaux revealed that Maggard was intoxicated. Maggard was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On December 24th, 2015, at approximately 10:12 am Deputy J. McCants with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 10000 block of Fallbrook Dr. Upon making contact with the driver/defendant, Lequint Terrell, Dep. McCants could smell a strong odor of marijuana emitting from the interior of the vehicle. Further investigation by Dep. McCants revealed that Terrell was in possession of 0.384 ounces of marijuana. Terrell was arrested, charged with Possession of Marijuana, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On December 28th, 2015 at approximately 3:27 am Deputy A. Villanueva with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 25200 block of Piney Heights Ln. in reference to a minor accident. Upon Deputy Villanueva arrival, he spoke to the reportee/witness who stated that the other driver had struck his vehicle and then fled the scene. Further investigation by Deputy Villanueva led to the identification of the suspect, Monique Cote, and to Cote’s location. Cote was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Failure to Stop and Give Information, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On December 24th, 2015, at approximately 9:06 pm Deputy T. Fentress with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 14600 block of Ella Blvd. in reference to a major accident. Upon Deputy Fentress’ arrival, he spoke with the driver/defendant, Tina Turner. While Deputy Fentress was speaking with Turner, Deputy Fentress observed that her eyes were bloodshot and that when she was walking, Turner was stumbling. Further investigation by Deputy Fentress revealed that Turner was under the influence of a narcotic. Turner was arrested, charged with Intoxication Assault, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On December 23rd, 2015, at approximately 9:30 am Deputy J. Zitzmann with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the intersection of Ann Ln @ Mills Rd in reference to a burglary. Upon Dep. Zitzmann’s arrival, the complainant advised him that the defendants, Armando Rodriguez and Robert Cagle had burglarized his residence.  Rodriguez and Cagle was arrested, charged with Burglary of a Habitation, and booked into the Harris County Jail.
