HCSO Need Public’s Help Identifying Aggravated Robbery Subject

Harris County Sheriff’s Office Robbery Division needs the public’s help in identifying a black male subject who forced a victim at gunpoint to withdraw money from their bank accounts.
On May 12, 2018, at approximately 0930 hours, the complainant was in his vehicle in the 9125 West Sam Houston Pkwy at a Kroger store parking lot when he was approached by a black male.
The suspect pulled a handgun on the complainant and ordered him to unlock the vehicle, then proceeded to enter the vehicle taking the complainant’s cell phone and wallet.
The suspect then ordered that the complainant open his banking app on the phone. After looking at the complainant’s account, the suspect ordered the complainant to drive to the Chase Bank located at 9300 block of Jones Rd.
Once at the bank, the suspect ordered the complainant to enter the bank and withdraw funds.
The suspect stated to the complainant that he had the complainant’s address from his driver’s license, and with that information, the suspect told the complainant that he would harm the complainant’s family if he told anyone in the bank or called the police.
The complainant complied with the orders, withdrew the money, and returned to the vehicle.
After the complainant’s return, the suspect ordered him to drive to the Chase Bank located at 12300 block of West FM 1960, where the suspect ordered the complainant to withdraw more money.
The suspect repeated similar orders, including the threats to the complainant’s family.
The suspect entered the bank this time, checking on the complainant. The complainant withdrew the money, and while inside, the suspect used the complainant’s ATM card after getting the PIN from him.
The suspect proceeds to withdraw $500 and returns to the vehicle.
The suspect then orders the complainant to drive to the Wal-Mart located at 12300 block of West FM 1960, where the suspect exits the vehicle and enters a red Chevrolet Impala.
There are three still surveillance images attached of the subject.
