On 07/20/2017, detectives with the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office executed a search and arrest warrant a popular Montgomery County horse training facility. Detectives determined through the course of their investigation that Michael Hogan, had committed the offense of Sexual Assault of a Child. The victim was one of Hogan’s riding students that he taught while working as a trainer at the Triple H Horse Farm located at 816 Chateau Woods Pkwy Drive, Conroe, TX 77385. Investigators say the parents of the child under 16-years of age reached out to them after conversations of sexual nature were found between the daughter and Hogan. They say after the arrest announcement another person has come forward with he same complaint. Hogan’s attorney Sam R. Cammack claims his client who is also been a personal friend for years is innocent. He says they found no evidence on his office computers and once is phone is gone through, nothing will be found there. He stated the issue started over an upset boarder back in the beginning of the year. Cammack stated the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office investigated the claim twice and found no substance. He could not believe a press conference was called Thursday afternoon to announce the arrest. Cammack believes the Montgomery County Grand Jury will clear his client. Hogan is currently booked in the Montgomery County Jail on a felony Sexual Assault of a Child with a $75,000 bond
Multiple agencies assisted in the search warrant that took place at the horse farm. At this time detectives believe that Hogan may have multiple other possible victims.
