Just after 9am Tuesday morning Trishia Clark was on her way to her mothers house. She had gotten a ride with Derrick Thomas Dosser, 20, of Cleveland. Doxxer was driving at a high rate of speed on FM 2090 near Mark Road when he left the roadway, hit a culvert pipe and a utility pole. He was driving his 2005 Chevrolet pickup he had just gotten from a Humble dealership. Dosser, who was impaired suffered minor injuries and was taken to Conroe Regional Hospital. He was then transported to the Montgomery County Jail where he is being held on a $100,000 bond, charged with Intoxicated Assault with a motor vehicle. Clark was taken to Conroe Regional also in critical condition. Since yesterday morning doctors have been performing several surgeries trying to save here. She remains critical this afternoon. First they had to find where her liver and stomach were bleeding from and stop it. THen the work started on her arms and legs with several breaks and muscle tears. Six of her ribs are broken and doctors say there will be many surgeries ahead.
Dosser has a lengthy criminal record and was just released from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice the end of September.
