INDICTMENTS FOR TUESDAY JUNE 8, 2010

On Tuesday, December 2, 2008 @ approximately 4:50 pm, the Montgomery County Sheriffs Office
SIU served a narcotics search warrant at a residence located in the 1400 Block of San Jacinto,
Conroe, Texas.

The SIU received tips from concerned citizens that narcotics were being trafficked from this location along with stolen property. The tipsters complained of heavy in and out traffic and drug transactions occurring in the driveway of the residence. The SIU established probable cause for a warrant which was issued by Judge Trey Spikes, Justice of the Peace Pct2.

During the search of the property and residence two stolen motorcycles and two stolen ATV 4 wheelers where recovered, one was listed stolen from a Sheriff in a neighboring county, one stolen low boy trailer, 3 ounces of ICE methamphetamine, numerous controlled substance prescription pills, 3 ounces of marijuana, other dangerous drugs, drug paraphernalia, electronic scales, two switch blade knives, a pistol, rifle, shotgun, and a full automatic UZI sub machine.
On Tuesday, June 8, 2010 Andrew Focht was indicted on multiple charges.

Also indicted were the following:
Richard D. Steincke for Evading Arrest Detention With Previous Conviction on January, 21, 2010.

Brian L. Miller for the February 28, 2010 Theft of Wire or Cable and Criminal Mischief and Burglary of a Building. He remains in jail on a $50,000 bond.

Jimmy W. Millirons Jr. on multiple charges stemming form a March 6, 2010 case. They were as follows, Three cases of Aggravated Assault With a Deadly Weapon and a Retaliation charge. He remains in the Montgomery County Jail on a total of $70,000 in bonds.

Kathy M. Ashenbeck for the March 12, 2010 Driving While Intoxicated with a Third or More Conviction.

Chad Johnson for the February 28, 2010 Theft of Wire or Cable , Criminal Mischief and Burglary of Building. He remains in jail on a $27,500 bond.

Matthew S. Passmore for the February, 28, 2010 Theft of Wire or Cable, Burglary of a Building and Criminal Mischief. He remains in jail on a $50,000 bond.

Chase A. Caldwell for the April 5th and April 7th Burglary of a Building. He remains in jail on an $8,000 bond.

Andrew Womack for a March 25th Theft.

Gregory S. Morgan for a February 2, 2010 Driving While Intoxicated 3rd Conviction or More. He is in jail on a $60,000 bond. But also has a Blue Warrant which was issued by the Texas Board of Pardons and Parole.
