On December 29, 2016, Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the intersection of E. Carolina Green Drive and Orange Bloom Court in reference to an intoxicated male passed out on the side of the road. When the responding units arrived, they observed the male, identified as Troy Gately, laying on the edge of the roadway. The suspect woke up and began running from the deputies onto the 14700 block of E. Apricot Blush Court.
