It’s wrong to lie – Sometimes it’s criminal…

On December 21, MCSO Deputy Campos responded to a disturbance in the 11400 block of Waukegan Road in District 1. Deputy Campos met with the male and female on location. Both parties stated that the disturbance was verbal only. While trying to identify the male he gave a fictitious name. After learning the male’s true name, he was found to have an active warrant. The male was arrested for fail to identify and the warrant. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 12/20/2016, Deputy Winford stopped a vehicle pulling a trailer because the license plate was obstructed. Upon identifying the driver, he found that the male driver did not have a valid license and he had warrants. The driver was arrested for driving while license invalid and the warrants. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 12/21/2016, Deputy Collignon stopped a vehicle in the 15500 block of East Williams Road. Upon identifying the male driver, he was found to have active warrants. The warrants were confirmed, the male was arrested, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 12/21/2016, Deputy Parsons received a call concerning the possible location of a male runaway who also had a warrant for his arrest. The male was located and recovered as a runaway. He was taken into custody for the warrant and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center.

On 12/22/2016, Deputy Campos stopped a vehicle for speeding and a broken brake light. While speaking with the male driver, Deputy Campos could smell the odor of alcoholic beverage.

After an investigation, the driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 12/22/2016, Deputy E. Martin was dispatched to the 12100 block of Brazos Drive, in reference to a disturbance call. Upon arrival, Deputy Martin met with the male complainant who said his wife had attempted to take their children. When the male refused to let her take the children, she struck him with a key chain causing an injury to his ear. The female was arrested for assault causing bodily injury and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 12/24/2016, Deputy E. Martin was dispatched to the 11500 block of FM 2432, in reference to a crash. Upon arrival, Deputy E. Martin made contact with the male driver who had an odor of alcoholic beverage coming from his breath and was showing signs of intoxication. The male refused to provide a blood specimen and a blood warrant was issued. The male was arrested for driving while intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 12/25/2016, Deputy Merlos stopped a vehicle for displaying a license plate but no registration sticker. The male driver was acting extremely nervous. Marijuana was discovered in a backpack in the vehicle. The male was arrested for possession of marijuana and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 12/25/2016, Deputy Collignon was dispatched to the 12100 block of Oak Tree Lane, in reference to a disturbance call. Upon arrival, Deputy Collignon met with a female complainant, who said her boyfriend had grabbed her by the throat and held her to the floor. The male had scratch marks consistent with the female trying to defend herself. The male was arrested for assault and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
