Do the suspects live IN the City of Cleveland? Or do they live out in the subdivisions that now surround the City of Plum Grove which has a Cleveland address?

I find it unlikely they drove that red pickup truck out to the subdivisions surrounding the City of Plum Grove to destroy it and don’t live near enough to walk to their homes.

    Just saying, and just curious….
