On April, MCSO Deputy Lamphier responded to a disturbance call in the 15100 block of Coaltown Road, in Willis. Upon arrival, Deputy Lamphier spoke with a female complainant who said her 41-year-old son, Willie James Clark, III, had threatened her with a knife and was verbally abusive towards her because she would not let him borrow tools. She believed he would sell the tools in order to purchase drugs. A knife was found on the kitchen counter. The jail roster and his driver’s license indicate Clark lives with his parents. He was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. As of April 30, Clark remains in the Montgomery County Jail with bond set at $30,000.
On April 21, Deputy Parsons responded to a disturbance call in the 10200 block of East Pecan Street, in Willis. Upon arrival, Deputy Parsons saw 20-year-old Lakeia Denesha Williams, who was extremely hostile yelling at her grandmother. After Williams calmed down, it was found that she had assaulted her grandmother, after she asked for her laptop computer and her grandmother refused to give it to her. Williams was arrested for assault and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. She has since been released.
On 4/23/2016, Deputy Campos responded to a possible disturbance call in the 9100 block of Crystal Spring Drive, in Conroe. Upon arrival, Deputy Campos found 42-year-old Sidney Ray Snelling hiding behind a burnt out building on the property. After speaking to Snelling’s mother, it was found that he had been living at the home for some time, while an emergency protective order was in place. He was arrested for violate protective order and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Snelling’s bond was set at $3,000. He is no longer listed on the jail roster.

On 4/18/2016, Deputies Derby and Savage were dispatched to the 15000 block of Lake Paula Lane, in Conroe, for a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival, deputies located a vehicle in front of a locked gate that leads to an open field. The deputies found three males on the property who had been fishing. Upon returning to their patrol vehicles, the deputies found a fourth male who advised a friend had dropped him off. Deputies reviewed the in car video and found the fourth male had jumped the fence and had unlocked the suspicious vehicle. Contact was made with a neighbor who has contact with the property owner that lives in Georgia. The property owner advised no one had permission to be on the property. No trespassing signs were posted along the fence, along with no fishing or hunting signs. All four males were arrested for criminal trespass and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 4/19/2016, Deputy Soroko responded to a welfare check/disturbance call in the 4000 block of Duval Lane, in Cleveland. Upon arrival, Deputy Soroko found a vehicle in a ditch with the female driver standing next to the vehicle. The female advised she had gotten into an argument with her mother earlier and while trying to leave the residence, she damaged the front door. After an investigation, the female was arrested for criminal mischief and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 4/19/2016, Deputy Taylor was dispatched to the 13400 block of Bert Brown Road, in Conroe, on a disturbance call. Upon arrival, Deputy Taylor met with the male owner of the RV Park who advised there was a male driving a vehicle throughout the RV Park peeling out and causing property damage. The male had been blocked in to prevent him from leaving. Deputy Taylor detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the males breath. The male was issued a criminal trespass warning, arrested for public intoxication and was also found to have active warrants through Montgomery County. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 4/21/2016, Deputy Parsons was dispatched to a welfare check in the 14300 block of Koalstad Road, in Conroe. Upon arrival, Deputy Parsons spoke to a private security officer who reported a male on his employer’s property who was showing signs of intoxication. Contact was made with the male suspect and he was found to be intoxicated. The male suspect was arrested for public intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 4/21/2016, Deputy E. Martin was dispatched the 9600 block of Creek Vista Lane, in Willis, in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival, Deputy Martin met with the parents of the female suspect. They advised that the female was intoxicated and was attempting to leave the residence. She struck her father in the ear causing it to bleed. The mother, who also attempted to stop the daughter and the daughter’s boyfriend from leaving, was struck in her face by the daughter. The female was arrested for assault and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On 4/22/2016, Deputy Campos responded to a welfare check in the 3000 block of North Walker Road, in Cleveland. Deputy Campos was advised that a vehicle was seen leaving a bar, was swerving all over the road and swerved into a ditch. Deputy Campos located the male driver who showed signs of intoxication. After an investigation, the male was place into custody for driving while intoxicated. Deputies found marijuana in the vehicle while they inventoried it for towing. An additional charge for possession of marijuana was added and male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail. The driver refused a blood draw. A blood draw warrant was signed by a judge and the blood was drawn.
On 4/23/2016, Deputy Senn responded to a disturbance call in the 12300 block of FM 830, in Willis. Upon arrival, Deputy Senn met with the male manager of an RV park who advised that one of the residents was confronted for driving a dirt bike in the park. The male went to his home and returned to confront the manager and assaulted the manager. The male was arrested for assault by contact and transported to Montgomery County Jail.
