MAGNOLIA WRECKER OWNER BUSTED FOR METH AFTER ASSAULTING DEPUTIES

On December 9, 2016 The Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constables’ Department stopped a black roll back wrecker on SH 249 at Goodson Loop in the Magnolia area. Precinct 5 Deputies noticed that the driver Kelly Eskew, 41, the owner operator of APEX Wrecker Service, was acting very nervous and strange. Eskew who was recently involved in an incident involving guns was asked to step out of the vehicle. When the officer went to pat Eskew down for weapons he began to fight the deputy. After fighting with Eskew in the ditch the deputy TAZED him and took him into custody. A search of the wrecker turned up several pills and approximately 3.5 grams of Methamphetamine. Eskew was arrested for Manufacture and Delivery of a controlled substance and resisting arrest. Kelly Eskew is currently in Montgomery County jail with a $10,000 bond.
