MCDONALDS ROBBER CAPTURED

On Friday evening, October 11, 2013, at approximately 8:45 PM, Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s office were JUSTINMAURICEHARRISBOOKINGPHOTOdispatched to a robbery that had just occurred at a McDonald’s restaurant located in the 6700 block of The Woodlands Parkway.

When deputies arrived they learned three males had robbed the business using handguns and had gained entry into the business by climbing through the drive-through window. The suspects received an unknown amount of cash from the business. The suspects then reportedly exited the business though the drive-through window and was seen fleeing on foot in the direction of The Woodlands Parkway.

Descriptions of the suspects were all three were black males. All three males were reportedly wearing, “hoodies”, with one of the suspects having long dreadlocks, wearing a camouflage handkerchief, and another suspect wearing large sunglasses.

On October 14, 2013, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Major Crimes Unit was notified by Houston Police Department, stating that a suspect they had developed, Justin Maurice Harris, date of birth 11/29/93, had been arrested on an unrelated charge. At the time of the arrest, Justin Harris was in possession of a .40 caliber handgun that was silver and black in color with an attachment under the barrel.

Based on this information and other evidence discovered during the investigation, on October 15, 2013, The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office filed for an arrest warrant for Justin Maurice Harris, date of birth 11/29/93, for the Aggravated Robbery of the McDonalds located in the 6700 block of The Woodlands Parkway.

On December 4, 2013, Justin Harris was transferred from the Harris County Jail to the Montgomery County Jail for this aggravated robbery.
