On June 23, 2013, Deputy Ashmore noticed a vehicle in the parking lot located at 12900 Walden Road with the doors open and the flashers on. Deputy Ashmore observed the vehicle was occupied by a white male who was sleeping and once the male was awakened, he was found to be intoxicated. The suspect was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance; therefore, he was arrested and charged for Possession of Controlled Substance.
On June 24, 2013, Deputy Treille responded to the 200 block of Sunnyvale in regarding an aggravated robbery involving a pizza delivery driver. When the delivery driver walked up to a residence and rang the doorbell waiting for the door to open, a large male approached him holding a handgun and ordered him on the ground. Once on the ground he was ordered to hand over all his money, wallet and cell phone. The Delivery Driver was made to lie on the ground till the suspect left.
Sergeant Suarez was dispatched to the 16600 of Highway regarding a male suspect throwing rocks at passing vehicles. The suspect was detained by several motorists whose vehicles were struck with rocks. When the suspect was detained a crystal substance was found on him which was believed to be methamphetamine. The suspect was arrested and taken to the jail.
Deputy Treille observed a vehicle parked in the roadway at Meadowcroft and Lake Conroe Village Drive. A female attempted to get in the vehicle and was questioned as to why the vehicle was in the roadway. Deputy Treille observed several unnatural bulges in the females clothing which turned out to be narcotics and marijuana. The female was arrested.
Deputy Macias while on patrol observed a black truck traveling west bound on HWY 105 W. at a high rate of speed. A traffic stop was conducted and Deputy Macias made contact with a male driver, who appeared to be intoxicated. After a series of field sobriety test which the driver failed, Deputy Macias arrested him for driving while intoxicated.
Deputy Morris was dispatched to the area Hwy 105 W. and FM 1486 for a suspicious person. Upon making contact with and identifying the suspicious female, it was learned she had an outstanding warrant through MCSO. The female was arrested for the warrant and transported to jail.
