District 1 –
Lt. Jim Fleming
(North County)

On December 26, Deputy S. Squier was sent to Wren Road in reference to a family violence. The Deputy met with a female who advised she and her husband had gotten into an argument and the male pushed her down and pulled around the yard by the shirt. The 51 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 4:14am and transported to jail.

On December 27, Deputy Z. Winford was notified of a family violence on Taurus Drive.  The Deputy met with a male and his wife. Both had blood on their hands and admitted to assaulting each other.  A handgun was seen by the Deputy  and the 54 year old male from Willis was arrested at 8:53pm and charged with unlawful carrying of a weapon during the family violence incident. The 64 year old female, from Willis, was also arrested.

On December 28, Deputy S. Ortiz stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 12400 block of FM 2432.  The 34 year old female driver, from Conroe, was found to be operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license.  During the investigation it was learned the female had an active warrant out of Montgomery County for fraud.  The female was transported to jail.

A 24 year old male from Willis was arrested at 7:42pm, December 28, and taken to jail from the 12000 block of Nelwood by Deputy J. Francis for three Conroe PD traffic warrants.  The Deputy was investigating a runaway juvenile case.

On December 31, Deputy S. Degner was dispatched to the 8400 block of Pineloch on a suspicious person call.  Communications relayed to the deputy that a female had knocked on the complainant’s door and was in the complainant’s vehicle.  The Deputy, on arrival, located the female in the vehicle. The 45 year old female from Willis was arrested at 12:10am, charged with burglary of a motor vehicle and was transported to jail. On being searched at the jail a marijuana joint was found hidden in her clothing. The additional charge of possession of marijuana was added.

An 18 year old male from Conroe was arrested during a traffic stop at 12:57am, January 1, and taken to jail from the area of Hwy 105E and Millmac Road by Deputy C. Santoro for three traffic warrants out of Montgomery County JP 1.
A 51 year old mal
e from Conroe was arrested at 4:18pm, January 1, and taken to jail from the 10900 block of FM 1484 by Deputy A. Terrell for a theft warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was on an investigation.

On January 1, Deputy A. Terrell saw a male taking trash bags out of a vehicle and placing them in a dumpster at a convenience store on FM 1484. The male advised he had permission to put trash in the dumpster.  The convenience store clerk and then the owner said that the male did not have permission to use the dumpster.  The 55 year old male from Willis was arrested at 4:38pm, charged with illegal dumping and taken to jail.

District 2 –
Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)

On December 26th, while on regular patrol in the area of the 25000 block of Interstate 45, Deputy Logan conducted a traffic stop for a traffic violation.  During the traffic stop, it was discovered that the driver, a white male from Spring, was in possession of a plastic baggy containing a small amount of marijuana.  The driver was arrested for possession of marijuana and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On December 26th, Deputy Fruge was dispatched to the area of the 500 block of Sawdust Road, in reference to a welfare concern.  Reportedly, a female had passed out in a store.  During an investigation, it was discovered that the female was in possession of three different prescription narcotics, without having a prescription. The female was placed in custody for three counts of possession of a controlled substance and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On December 29th, Deputy Knight was dispatched to Lockeridge Pines Drive, in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, the actors in the disturbance were located.  During an investigation, an Asian male from Spring was place in custody for public intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On December 31st, Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to the 10000 block of Research Forest, in reference to a welfare check. Reportedly a subject was unconscious in a vehicle.  Upon arrival, a white female from Spring was located.  After an investigation, the female was placed in custody for public intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On January 1st, Deputy Reuvers was dispatched to Pruitt Road, in reference to a disturbance in progress.  Upon arrival, Deputy Reuvers located the reported actors and conducted an investigation.  Upon the completion of his investigation a white male from Spring and a white female from The Woodlands were placed in custody for public intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On January 3rd, Deputy Knight was dispatched to the 24000 block of Interstate 45, in reference to an intoxicated individual.  Upon arrival, Deputy Knight located the individual.  After an investigation, the individual, a white male from Spring, was arrested for public intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.  

District 3 –
Lt. Darrel Conn
(East County)

On 12/27/11 Deputy Azwell was dispatched to the Porter Walmart in reference to a shoplifter call. Upon arrival he learned that the suspect attempted to exit the store with $116 worth of merchandise without paying.  The suspect, a 17 year old female from Porter was arrested and charged with Theft.

On 12/28/11 Deputy Voris and Walker were dispatched to a residence on Range Haven in reference to a Family Violence call.  Upon arrival they learned that the suspect had threatened to kill the victim.  The suspect, a 34 year old male from Porter was arrested and charged with Assault by Threat.

On 12/28/11 Deputy Burk and Evans were dispatched to a residence on Navajo in reference to a disturbance.  Upon arrival they learned that the suspect threw the victim down and struck her in the face causing injury.  The suspect, a 37 year old female from Porter was arrested and charged with assault Family Violence.

On 12/29/11 Deputy Amstutz was on patrol in the Oakhurst Subdivision patrolling MUD property and the drainage area.  Both males then fled on the ATV’s and after a short distance one of the males became stuck in the mud and fell off the ATV.  He then began to run on foot and was quickly apprehended.  The suspect, an 18 year old male from Porter was arrested and charged with Evading in a Motor Vehicle.

On 12/29/11 Deputy White was dispatched to a welfare concern at the Sorter Quick Mart on Sorters Rd. Upon arrival he found a female passed out. The female then woke up and appeared to be under the influence of a narcotic. A K-9 then alerted to the presence of narcotics in her vehicle.  Crystal Methamphetamine was located in the vehicle.  The suspect, a 34 year old female from Conroe was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.

On 12/30/11 at approximately 0208 hours, Dep. R. Layman observed 2 males stealing items from behind the Wal Mart at 23561 US 59, Porter, TX.  He attempted to detain them but they got into their vehicle and fled.  The pursuit travelled north on US 59 and then south on US 59.  The pursuit continued south into Humble and Houston.  Humble PD successfully deployed a spike strip on the southbound US. 59 feeder just north of Rankin Road.  The subsequent 3 flat tires persuaded the driver to stop the vehicle where both he and the passenger were taken into custody without incident or further use of force.

On 12/30/11 Deputy Burk was dispatched to a residence on Pinewood Dr. in reference to a Trespasser Call.  Upon arrival he located a female at the residence that had been issued a previous Criminal Trespass Warning.  The suspect, a 43 year old female from Porter was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass.

On 1/2/12 Sgt. Kendrick and Deputy Perez were patrolling on Loop 494 and observed a vehicle at a high rate of speed.  The vehicle appeared to be swaying in their lane of traffic and a traffic stop was then attempted.  The driver was slow to stop and pulled into a nearby store.  Upon stopping the vehicle the driver was found to be intoxicated.  After performing field sobriety tasks the driver was arrested for DWI.  Due to having several prior convictions a mandatory blood draw was attempted at Kingwood ER.  The suspect refused the blood draw and physical force was used to conduct the blood draw.  The suspect was then transported to jail where he then attempted to bribe both officers with thousands of dollars if they took him home.  The suspect, a 37 year old male from New Caney was charged with Felony DWI (3rd or more) and Bribery (2nd degree Felony).

On 1/3/12 Deputy Burk and Deputy Evans were on patrol on FM 1314.  They then noticed the lights of a vehicle in a ditch.  Upon investigation they found an intoxicated male in the vehicle.  The suspect, a 24 year old male from Porter was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication.

On 1/5/12 Deputy Gratz was dispatched to a residence on White Oak in reference to a suspicious vehicle.  They then checked the neighborhood for the vehicle and located it parked at an abandoned mobile home nearby.  Upon approach they observed the driver and passenger reaching into the back area of the truck.  Upon searching the vehicle a loaded pistol was located as well as Hydrocodone.  The suspect, a 20 year old male from Splendora was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon.

Warrants Served

On 12/28/11 Deputy White arrested a 34 year old female from Conroe at a residence on Lake Circle for an Interference with an Emergency Call warrant.
On 12/29/11 Deputy Layman arrested a 29 year old male from Conroe at a residence on White Oak for three outstanding traffic warrants.

On 12/31/11 Deputy Amstutz arrested a 37 year old male at a residence on Black Opal Ln. for four outstanding traffic warrants.

On 12/31/11 Deputy Amstutz arrested a 30 year old male from New Caney at a residence on Bowden Dr. for an outstanding Possession of Marijuana warrant.

On 12/31/11 Deputy Amstutz arrested a 32 year old male from New Caney at a residence on Peech Creek Dr. for an outstanding Assault warrant.

On 12/31/11 Deputy Azwell arrested a 43 year old male from Splendora at a residence on E. Christine Dr. for an Outstanding Failure to Appear/ Possession of a Controlled Substance warrant.

On 1/1/12 Deputy Azwell arrested a 30 year old male from Porter at a residence on Owens Rd. for two outstanding traffic related warrants.

On 1/1/12 Deputy Pickerill arrested a 38 year old male from New Caney at a residence on FM 1485 for four outstanding traffic warrants.

On 1/2/12 Deputy Sherlock arrested an 18 year old male from New Caney at a residence on York Ct. for an outstanding traffic warrant.

On 1/3/12 Deputy Logan arrested a 52 year old male from New Caney at a residence on Crystalwood Estates Dr. for three outstanding traffic warrants.
On 1/4/12 Deputy Durrenberger arrested a 30 year old male from Conroe at a residence on Tommy Smith Rd. for an outstanding traffic warrant.

District 4 –
Lt. David Park (West County)

On January 1st Deputy Crandell was dispatched to Denton Street in reference to a Threat call.  The Deputy was advised by the Complainant that the suspect had shown up at her residence looking for her son.  When the Complainant’s son came to the door the suspect threatened to assault him.  Deputy Crandell filed Assault by Threat charges against the suspect and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

On December 30th Deputy Overbay was dispatched to a Welfare Check concerning a car stuck in the ditch on Turtle Dove.  Upon arrival, Deputy Overbay made contact with a 21 year old male. Deputy Overbay placed the subject into custody after determining that he had an open warrant for his arrest.

On December 29th Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to a Welfare Check at a Firework Stand on Terri Lane.  A 48 year old male who was the Operator of the Stand was outside of his stand popping fireworks causing a disturbance.  The subject began arguing with several people and was trying to start a fight.  The Deputy placed the subject into custody for Public Intoxication.  It was also discovered the subject had a Felony Blue Warrant.

On December 28th Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to Red Fox Ln. in reference to a Disturbance.  A 26 year old male on location was trying to fight with several people.  The suspect was placed into custody for an active warrant and transported to jail.

On December 27th Deputy Mittag was dispatched to the Hazy Hollow subdivision in reference to an Assault.   A 31 year old male subject had argued with his mother pushing her and causing her to fall.  While the victim was trying to get up the suspect’s 25 year old girlfriend grabbed and pushed the victim too.  Both subjects were arrested for Assault Family Violence.  The male subject was found to have to outstanding warrants that were added to his arrest record. 

On December 23rd Deputy Durbin and Deputy Curry were dispatched to a Disturbance in Progress

on Wildflower Ln.  Upon arrival the Deputies made contact with the Reportee who advised the suspect in this disturbance had an Active Warrant out of Pardon and Parole.   The suspect was placed in custody for the Warrant and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

District 5 –
Lt. Gary Welch 
(Northwest County)

December 27th Deputy Davis responded to the 27500 block of FM 149 in regards to Burglary of a Building. The Complainant reported that someone had made forced entry into an outbuilding and rummaged through the contents.  This case is under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Division.

December 27th Deputy Farmer was dispatched to Majestic Dr. in regards to the Burglary of a Vehicle. The Complainant reported that someone had entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a Lap Top Computer. This case is under investigation by the Patrol Division.

December 28th Deputy Wroten responded to Fish Creek Ln. in regards to the Burglary of a Habitation. Officers determined that forced entry had been made into the residence where electronic and personal items were stolen. The case is under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Division.

December 29th Deputy Coward responded to the 16400 block of East Chase in regards to Theft. The Complainant reported that someone had stolen approximately $350 of copper wiring.  This case is under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Division.

January 2nd Deputy Pugh responded to an establishment in the 200 block of Mesa View Dr. in regards to a Suspicious Person in the parking lot. Upon arrival officers located the female in question and determined her to be intoxicated. The female was arrested for Public Intoxication along with three outstanding Warrants and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

District 6 –
Lt. David Dottei
(Woodlands)

Deputy Miller arrested a 25-year-old male from The Woodlands on December 20 at 8:30 p.m. during a traffic stop.  The suspect was taken into custody for Driving While License Invalid.

On December 28, Deputy Ross responded to a Shoplifter in Custody call at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive.  The suspects, an 18-year-old female and a 20-year-old female, both from The Woodlands, were detained by security at J.C. Penney’s Department store after they attempted to take $164 worth of merchandise from the store without paying.  The suspects were charged with Theft and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On December 29, Deputy Prince observed two males on Lake Robbins that appeared to be intoxicated.  The males stated that they were waiting for their designated driver to come and pick them up.  The driver, a 22-year-old male from Cypress, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated after he arrived to pick up his friends and it was determined that he too had been drinking that evening.

On December 29, Deputy Schutzenhofer responded to a Shoplifter in Custody call at 1100 Lake Woodlands Drive.  The suspects, both 18 years old from Willis, were detained by store security at Target after they attempted to take several items without paying.  One suspect received a citation for Theft for the $32.99 worth of merchandise she had concealed.  The other had taken $82.98 worth of merchandise and was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On December 30, Deputy Eisenmenger was dispatched to a welfare check of a vehicle stopped at Branch Crossing and Terramont.  Upon arrival, Deputy Eisenmenger made contact with the driver, a 46-year-old female from The Woodlands, and determined that she was intoxicated.  The driver was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On December 30, Deputy Schutzenhofer responded to a Shoplifter in Custody call at 1200 Lake Woodlands Drive.  The suspect, a 17-year-old male from The Woodlands, attempted to take $70 worth of merchandise from Sears.  He was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail where he was charged with Theft.

Deputy Hammons responded to a suspicious vehicle call on Tallowberry on December 31.  Upon arrival, he met with the driver of the vehicle, a 16-year-old male from The Woodlands, and several other juveniles.  The driver was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and other drug paraphernalia and was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana.  The other juveniles on scene received citations for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and were released to their parents.

On December 31, Deputy Burnett and Deputy Dewey were dispatched to assist Deputy Conklin with a Theft call on Waterway Court.  Upon arrival, the suspect, a 29-year-old male from Spring, was found to be in possession of a stolen vehicle, two checkbooks, and a credit card belonging to two other people.  The suspect was taken into custody for Felony Theft and Fraudulent Use of Possession of Identifying Information.

On December 31, Deputy Prince observed a vehicle run a stop light on Lake Robbins Drive and proceeded to conduct a traffic stop after a brief pursuit onto Interstate 45.  The driver, a 24-year-old male from Tomball was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated (2nd or more) and Reckless Driving.
