MCSO BLOTTER FOR DISTRICT 1 NORTH COUNTY

District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)

On November 21, Deputy S. Ortiz was sent to a suspicious person call in the 15500 block of E. Williams Road. The Deputy located an intoxicated male passed out in front of a convenience store. The 42 year old male from Willis was arrested at 10:45pm and transported to jail.

A 23 year old male from Willis was arrested at 10:47am, November 22, and taken to jail from the 13300 block of Longstreet by Deputy K. Wroten for a fail to appear warrant out of Montgomery County JP 3. The Deputy was investigating an abandoned vehicle call.

On November 22, Deputy J. Kader stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 15900 block of FM 3083. The male driver was found to be operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license. The 27 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 7:22pm and transported to jail.

A 20 year old male from Willis was arrested at 8:37pm, November 22, and taken to jail from the 11400 block of Underwood by Deputy S. Ortiz for two traffic warrants out of Montgomery County. The male was also charged with resisting arrest/transport. The Deputy was on a welfare concern call.

A 20 year old male from Willis was arrested at 11:49pm, November 22, and taken to jail from the area of Hwy 105E and Douget by Deputy J. Kader for six warrants out of Montgomery County JP 1. The male was a passenger in a vehicle stopped by the Deputy.

On November 23, Deputy S. Ortiz stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 11600 block of Hwy 105E. The male driver was found to be intoxicated. The 39 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 12:12am, charged with DWI and transported to jail. The male was out on bond for an October 2011 DWI charge.

On November 23, Deputy J. Bourne was sent to the 18300 block of Hwy 105E in reference to a welfare concern. The Deputy located two intoxicated males and detained them. The males, 18 and 19 years of age, both from Willis, were arrested at 3:48am and transported to jail.

A 31 year old male from Willis was arrested at 12:16pm, November 24, and taken to jail from the 2400 block of Golden Lane by Deputy T. Peterson for five traffic warrants out of the City of Willis. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance call.

On November 25, Deputy K. Underwood was advised of a male slumped over the steering wheel of a vehicle in the 13900 block of Millmac Road. During the investigation it was noted that the male was wearing a cowboy boot and a slip on shoe. The male was found to be intoxicated. Witnesses had advised the male had tried to drive off prior to the Deputy’s arrival. The 17 year old male from Cleveland was arrested at 3:08am, charged with DUI and transported to jail.

A 24 year old male from Cleveland was arrested at 8:20pm, November 25, and taken to jail from the 20200 block of Old Hwy 105 by Deputy J. Bourne for six traffic warrants out of Montgomery County JP 4. The Deputy was on an investigation of a stolen vehicle.

A 27 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 12:45am, November 26, and taken to jail from the area of Hwy 105E and Woodridge Drive by Deputy S. Squier for three traffic warrants out of Montgomery County JP 4. The male was stopped on a traffic violation.

On November 26, Deputy S. Ortiz was dispatched to the 11100 block of FM 1484 in reference to an intoxicated male inside a bar. The Deputy located the male and detained him. The 51 year old male from New Waverly was arrested at 7:05pm and taken to jail.

A 23 year old male from Willis was arrested at 12:01am, November 27, and taken to jail from the 12700 block of Hwy 105E by Deputy S. Squier for two misdemeanor warrants out of Montgomery County JP 4. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance.
