On February 3, Deputy Fruchtnicht conducted a traffic stop in the 1200 block of Lake Woodlands Drive. During the course of the traffic stop, the driver of the vehicle was found to be in possession of marijuana, cocaine, and methylcathinone. The suspect, a 23 year old male, was taken into custody and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 5, Deputy Frey and Deputy Herman conducted a traffic stop in the area of Sawdust Road and South Millbend Drive. After an investigation, the driver, a 24 year old male, was charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana. The passenger, a 21 year old male, was charged with public intoxication. Both suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On February 6, Deputy Frey and Deputy Herman were dispatched to a warrant service on Glen Loch Drive. Upon arrival, they made contact with the suspect, a 57 year old female, and placed her into custody for a felony warrant and transported her to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On February 8, Deputy Poorman and Deputy Evans were dispatched to a suspicious person call on Black Swan Place. Deputy Fruchtnicht and Deputy Beatty were already on scene and had detained a 17 year old male. The other suspect, an 18 year old male, had jumped a fence to leave the area and was detained a short distance away from the scene. The 17 year old was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance. The 18 year old suspect was charged with criminal trespass, possession of a controlled substance and fraudulent use/possession of identification information. The last charge was due to a birth certificate and social security card found in his possessions that were reported as stolen in 2012. Both suspects were transported without incident to the Montgomery County Jail.
