District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)

On July 25, Deputy S. Degner stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 16200 block of Summerset. The 31 year old female driver from Conroe was arrested at 12:22am on four traffic violations. A 31 year old male, passenger in the vehicle, from Conroe, was also arrested on an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle warrant out of Montgomery County. Both the male and female were transported to jail.

On July 27, Deputy K. Berger was sent to meet with a female who said that her common-law husband had assaulted her. The two had gotten into an argument and the male started pushing her against a wall. She was able to get away and he again pushed her and this time punched her on the face with his fist. The 23 year old male from Willis was arrested at 9:53am and transported to jail.

On July 28, Deputy K. Berger stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the area of Coon Hollow and Massey Roads. The male driver had no driver’s license and was issued a citation and called a co-worker to pick up his vehicle. On arrival of the co-worker the vehicle was released to him. The male driver that brought the co-worker to the scene was found to be operating his vehicle with an invalid driver’s license and had at least four previous convictions for the same offense. The 26 year old male from Montgomery was arrested at 9:46am and transported to jail.

On July 28, Deputy K. Berger was notified of a family violence assault call on Cearley Lane. The Deputy met with a female who said that she and her husband had gotten into an argument that turned physical. The female complainant got away and called law enforcement. The 29 year old male from Cleveland was arrested at 12:40pm and taken to jail.

A 19 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 5:36pm, July 28, in the 13800 block of McComb Road by Sgt. D. Bonner for a possession of marijuana warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance at the time of arrest.

On July 29, Deputies T. Boerema and A. Cross were sent to Hillcrest Drive in reference to a family violence assault. The Deputies met with a female complainant who advised she and her boyfriend got into an argument that turned physical. The male suspect grabbed her hair, pulling some of it out and scratched her neck. He pulled her off the sofa and dragged her, scraping her knee, then flipped her into a wall wedging her between the sofa and a chair. The 27 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 1:35pm, charged with assault and taken to jail.

A 24 year old female from Willis was arrested at 12:14am, July 30, in the 1200 block of League Line Road by Deputy K. Underwood for two traffic warrants out of Willis PD. The female had been stopped on a traffic violation. She was taken to jail.

On July 30, Deputy C. Santoro was notified of a disturbance call on Paradise View Drive. The Deputy located an intoxicated female being held down by her brother because she was adamant about driving. She had been fighting several family members on location. The 44 year old female from Euless was arrested at 11:39pm and taken to jail.

On July 31, Deputy S. Degner responded to a disturbance on Woodhollow Drive and was advised the two main suspects had left and were walking down the road. The two males were located in the area of Wood Acre Road and FM 830 passed out in a ditch and highly intoxicated. The two males, 18 and 20 years of age, both from Conroe, were arrested at 1:43am and taken to jail.

On July 31, Deputy C. Santoro was dispatched to E Ravine Run in reference to a welfare concern involving a male that had been in a fight. The Deputy located the male operating a vehicle in the area of Shadow Bay and Longstreet. The male was found to be intoxicated. The male was detained. During the investigation marijuana was found in the vehicle. The 17 year old male from Willis was arrested at 7:30pm, charged with DWI and possession of marijuana and taken to jail.

District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)

On July 21st 2011, Dep. Jobe was patrolling Rayford Road when a vehicle swerved into his lane. Dep. Jobe conducted a traffic stop and the 26 year old male driver from The Woodlands, smelled of an alcoholic beverage and had slurred speech and blood shot eyes. Further sobriety tests determined the driver to be intoxicated and was taken into custody for DWI.

On July 21st 2011, Sgt. Barber was patrolling Riley Fuzzel when he observed what he thought was a disable vehicle in the turn lane. Upon turning around to check on the vehicle, the vehicle had also turned around and was now on the shoulder of the road. Sgt. Barber spoke with the 30 year old female driver from Houston who smelled of alcohol and had had vomited on herself. The driver’s 9 year old son was in the car. The child was released to a nearby relative and the female was taken into custody for Felony DWI with a Minor Child Passenger.

On July 22nd 2011, Dep. Koonce responded to an address in Spring on a family violence. The victim stated that her 18 year old live in boyfriend slapped her with an open hand and grabbed her with both hands around her throat. He then began strangling her blocking her airway but she was able to break free and call police. The male was arrested on scene for Felony Assault Family Violence.

On July23rd 2011, Dep. Wakefield responded with EMS on a welfare check at an apartment complex on Rayford Road. The reportee let both deputies and paramedics inside where they found two 22 year old males. The apartment was filled with burned marijuana smoke. In plain view were marijuana and smoke pipes. Both males were taken into custody for possession of marijuana.

On July 24th 2011, Dep. Knight and Dep. Eisenmerger responded to an apartment complex on Borough Park Drive for the report of a sexual assault. The alleged victim stated to the deputies that her 26 year old male friend had sexually assaulted her. Upon further investigation the deputies watched a video recording the male had made that showed the female telling him that she was calling the police because he was making her leave the apartment and she would tell the police he assaulted her. The 25 year old female was taken into custody for making a False Report.

On July 27th 2011, Dep. Rosales responded to a disturbance on Sawdust Road. Upon further investigation it was found that a 40 year old female from Spring was intoxicated inside a business and had fallen down while trying to leave. The female was taken into custody for Public Intoxication.

On July 31st 2011, Dep. Reuvers responded to a report of a trespasser on Riley Fuzzel Road where he met a 34 year old male from Spring. The male was found to have two outstanding warrants and was taken into custody for those warrants.

District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)

On 07/25/11, Deputy’s Amstutz and Hilado were dispatched to a disturbance on Emerald Lane in New Caney. Before arrival, one of the subjects involved identified as a 19 YOA white male had left the scene. With descriptions given, the male was stopped in area of US Highway 59 and FM 1485 where investigation revealed he had a warrant for Contempt of Court. Subject was arrested and transported to jail without incident.

On 07/26/11, Sgt. D. Miller was dispatched to the Valley Ranch Texaco in Porter for a disturbance in progress where a male was seen trying to break into a vehicle with a female and her children inside. Witnesses said that a male had pounced on the windshield of the car breaking it and broke the passenger door handle. All parties were gone when deputies arrived. Deputies received another call to check a residence on Idle Glen in New Caney. When deputies arrived the parties were there. Investigation revealed that the female felt threatened by her male companion while at the Texaco and that he damaged the vehicle. When he broke the windshield it caused glass to fall into the interior of the vehicle where small children were sitting. The 22 YOA male was arrested for Endangering a Child, Criminal Mischief and Assault Family Violence. Male was transported to the Conroe jail.

On 07/26/11, Deputy Birch along with his K-9 Partner “Argo” made a traffic stop in the 14600 Block of US Highway 59 on a vehicle. Investigation revealed that the 23 YOA white male passenger had concealed a bag of marijuana. This male was arrested without incident and taken to jail.

On 07/28/11, Sgt. Kendrick was summoned to the Adult Probation Office in New Caney where he arrested a 22 YOA white male for a Warrant on a Motion to Revoke Probation.

On 07/28/11, Sgt. D. Miller met with a 31 YOA white male at the New Caney Office where he wanted to turn himself in on a Felony Warrant. The subject was booked into Jail.

On 07/28/11, Deputy Carson was dispatched to a residence on Stoneshire in New Caney for a 911 hang up. The investigation revealed that a 17 YOA female had a verbal argument with her 19 YOA boyfriend. The boyfriend was located sleeping on the back porch and detained where it was found that he had an active warrant. The subject was arrested and taken to Jail.

On 07/28/11, Sgt. J. Wienke located and Illegal Burn in the 21600 Block of Erika Court in Porter. Upon checking subject(s) responsible for the fire, a 20 YOA white male was found to have active traffic warrants. Subject was arrested and transported to East County Jail.

On 07/28/11, Deputy Layman was dispatched to assist DPS in the 200 Block of Northpark in Kingwood. Deputy Layman took custody of a 30 YOA white male from DPS Trooper Boykin and transported him to jail on a Class B Harassment Warrant.

On 07/28/11, Deputy White was dispatched to the 23400 Block of Johnson Road in New Caney in reference to a male laying in a ditch. Deputy White located the 43 YOA white male where investigation revealed that he had a Warrant for Criminal Trespass. The subject was taken to jail.

On 07/29/11, Deputy’s Amtutz and Hilado were patrolling in the 25900 Block of Kings Mill Park in Kingwood when they came upon a vehicle. Investigation revealed that a 25 YOA white male had an open Warrant for Capias with the original charge being for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Warrant was confirmed and subject was arrested and transported to jail.

On 07/29/11, Deputy Layman was patrolling in the area of FM 1485 and White Oak Lane in New Caney when he observed a male working on a scooter. The 28 YOA white male was found to have no identification. The male was found to have an open Warrant for Criminal Mischief SJF and the male was arrested and taken to jail.

On 07/29/11, Deputy Smith was patrolling in the area of US Highway 59 and Valley Ranch in Porter when he came upon a 34 YOA white female lying on the grass. The female was found to be intoxicated and had no persons to assist her. The female was arrested and transported to jail.

On 07/30/11, Corporal Pickerill was dispatched to a residence on Timberline Road in New Caney in reference to 911 Calls. Upon investigation, a 65 YOA white female was found to be the caller and had no emergency and was not in under any duress. It was found that the female had called 911 approximately 118 times since the beginning of May/ 2011. The female was arrested for Abuse of the 911 Phone Systems and was transported to jail.

On 07/31/11, Deputy Dunn was dispatched to Howsor Street in New Caney in reference to Family Violence. Upon arrival, investigation revealed that a 32 YOA white male was intoxicated and had pushed his spouse during an argument. The male was arrested for Family Violence and transported to jail.

On 7/31/11, Deputy’s Amtutz and Hilado were dispatched to Lake Circle on a 911 Hang Up where investigation revealed that a Family Violence had taken place. Investigation revealed that a 54 YOA white male and his 33 YOA white female spouse had been arguing which resulted in both striking the other. It was also found that the female attempted to stop the male from calling 911. Both were arrested for Assault Family Violence and the female was also charged with Interference with an Emergency Call.

On 08/01/11, Deputy Martinez responded to South Hillcrest Drive for a family disturbance where a 25 YOA white female was located and found to have numerous traffic warrants out of JP 4. These Warrants were confirmed and she was arrested and transported to jail.

On 08/01/11, Deputy White received a tip on a wanted person on Woody Lane where he responded and located the 31 YOA white male. The male was arrested on a warrant for non-payment of child support.

On 08/02/11, Deputy Durrenberger was dispatched to the 23500 Block of US Highway 59 in Porter (Home Depot) where he located four (4) subjects with a U Haul truck. Investigation revealed that the subjects, a 22 YOA black male, a 18 YOA white male, a 17 YOA white male and a 23 YOA white male had loaded four (4) bales of recycled material valued at approximately $2000 and were attempting to leave with it when stopped. These subjects were arrested and charged with felony Theft as well as Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity.

On 08/02/11, Deputy Durrenberger was dispatched to an Attempt to Locate of a possible DWI driver on US Highway 59 that had exited and was now traveling on FM 1314. The vehicle was located and was swerving across all lanes of traffic. The driver, a 47 YOA white male was heavily intoxicated. The vehicle was found to have empty beer cans as well as an open cold beer. The subject was arrested for DWI and transported to jail.

District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)

On July 29th Deputy Corley was dispatched to Decker Woods Subdivision in reference to an Assault Family Violence. Upon arrival the Deputy spoke to the wife and advised she was getting ready for bed when her husband came home and started yelling at her. The victim stated her husband hit her. Deputy Corley placed the 42 year old male subject into custody for Assault Family Violence and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

On July 28th Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to the Hazy Hollow Subdivision in reference to a Welfare Check. A 49 year old male subject was at his residence drinking and wanted to go to jail because he had several tickets that he could not pay. The subject had hit his wife on the leg so she would call the police and he could go to jail. Deputy Provenzano placed the subject into custody for Assault by Contact Family Violence and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

On July 25th Deputy Thomas observed a White Dodge Ram SUV traveling north in the 37000 block of Arlene Street with an expired Registration and Inspection stickers. A traffic stop was conducted and a driver’s license check showed the license was invalid. Deputy Thomas placed the subject into custody for DWLI and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

On July 24th Deputy Curry was dispatched to Nola lane in reference to a Family Violence. The female advised when they had woke up that morning they had started arguing and at one point the male slapped her on the back and then hit her with a closed fist. The male was arrested for Assault Family Violence and transported him to Male Booking at the Montgomery County Jail.

On July 23rd Deputy Mittag was dispatched to Hickory Ridge Drive in reference to a Welfare Concern involving a male subject sleeping in the middle of the road. Upon arrival the Deputy woke up the 35 year old male. The subject had blood shot eyes, slurred speech and trouble maintaining his balance. The Deputy placed him into custody for Public Intoxication. The subject was transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

On July 23rd Deputy Provenzano responded to Decker Drive in reference to a Family Violence. A 26 year old female had gotten into a argument with her husband. The female hit and scratched her husband and there were visible marks on the victim. Deputy Provenzano placed the female into custody for Assault Family Violence. She was transported to Female Booking in Conroe.

On July 23rd Deputy Thomas and Sergeant Peckne while traveling south in the 30000 block of Misty Meadow Lane observed a gray Dodge Ram Truck traveling north bound without a front license plate. A traffic stop was conducted. The 41 year old driver advised he was not in possession of this TDL. A check with Dispatch came back with the subject’s license suspended. The subject also had prior convictions of driving while his license was invalid. The Deputies placed the subject into custody for DWLI. While searching the vehicle a small amount of marijuana was found. The passenger was arrested for Possession of Marijuana.

On July 21st Deputy Provenzano was patrolling the Woodtrace Subdivision and observed a blue car turn into the subdivision. Deputy Provenzano stopped the vehicle and a 32 year old female that was a passenger in the vehicle had an active Felony – Theft warrant. The female was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch (Northwest County)

July 27th Deputy Rex responded to Paradise Ln. in regards to an Assault. It was reported that a physical altercation had taken place between an adult male and his parents. It was also discovered that upon the leaving the scene the son attempted to strike his mother with a vehicle as he drove away. The son was located a short time later where he was arrested for Aggravated Assault and placed into the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

July 30th Deputy Pugh was dispatched to an establishment in the 15300 block of SH 105W in regards to an intoxicated male creating a disturbance. Upon arrival officers located the individual in question and placed him under arrest for Public Intoxication. The subject was also found to be in possession marijuana. The subject was then placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

July 30th Deputy Davis conducted a Traffic Stop in the 1000 block of Fish Creek Thoroughfare. While conducting the investigation officers discovered that the male driver was in possession of several forged and fraudulent documents such as driver’s license and social security cards. The subject was arrested for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

July 31st Deputy Pugh conducted a Traffic Stop in the 100 block of Navajo. Upon talking with the female driver it was suspicioned that she may be intoxicated. After administering several standard field sobriety tests the subject was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and taken to jail..

District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)

On July 28, 2011, Deputy Flores observed a vehicle parked near the tennis courts at Shadowbend Park. Upon approaching the vehicle the passenger rolled down the window allowing smoke to escape from the vehicle. Deputy Flores recognized the odor of burnt marijuana and detained both the passenger, 20-year-old male from Sugar Land, and the driver, 19-year-old male from Conroe. Deputy Flores found a small amount of marijuana. Both suspects were taken into custody and taken to jail.

On July 29, 2011, Deputy Borchardt was dispatched to an Attempt to Locate in the area of FM 2978 and Miller Road because a witness reported a possible intoxicated driver. The witness observed the suspect driving recklessly and almost striking his vehicle. Deputy Borchardt observed the driver, 27-year-old male from Cypress to have extremely slurred speech and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. The suspect was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. A small amount of marijuana was found inside the car.

On July 30, 2011, Deputy Conklin arrested a 40-year-old male from The Woodlands after stopping him on Waterway Avenue. The suspect had been attempting an illegal U-Turn at Waterway Square. The suspect was unable to provide Deputy Conklin with a valid driver’s license. A check by name and date of birth found the driver to have multiple convictions for Driving While License Invalid. The driver was arrested.

On July 29, 2011, Deputy Hammons responded to Braemar Forest Drive and found a male walking in the street. The suspect was observed swaying as he walked. The 48-year-old male from The Woodlands seemed to be under the influence of something. The suspect was found to have nine Oxycodone pills in his pocket and he was taken into custody for Possession of Controlled Substance.

On July 30, 2011, Deputy Weatherford responded to a Shoplifter in Custody call at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspect, 17-year-old female from Houston, attempted to take $73 of merchandise from Urban Outfitters. The suspect was taken to into custody and charged with Theft.

On August 1, 2011, Deputy Houstoun responded to a Shoplifter in Custody call at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspect, 16-year-old female from The Woodlands, attempted to take $73 of merchandise from Sears. The suspect was taken into custody charged with Theft.

On August 1, 2011, Deputy Frantz arrested a 25-year-old male after a traffic stop on Woodlands Parkway and Craftwood. The suspect was found to have an invalid driver’s license, expired vehicle registration and no insurance. The suspect was taken into custody for Driving While License Invalid and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
