District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch (Northwest County)
On March 9th, Deputy Thompson was dispatched to the 12900 block of Walden Road, in regards to a disturbance in progress. While conducting the investigation, it was learned that a male individual on location had several outstanding warrants. This subject was arrested and placed in jail without incident.
On March 10th, Deputy Kirby was dispatched to a local restaurant in the 18900 block of State Highway 105 West, in regards to a disturbance. Officers determined that a customer had become disruptive to other patrons and refused to leave after several requests by the manager. This male subject was arrested and placed in jail for criminal trespass.
On March 10th, Deputy Warren responded to the 12900 block of FM 2854, in regards to a disturbance. Officers located Curtis Ray King, that had been reported walking around outside area residences screaming and yelling. This subject was arrested for disorderly conduct and placed in jail without incident.
March 11th, Deputy Toliver was dispatched to the 12800 block of Walden Road, in regards to a motor vehicle crash. During the investigation, it was discovered that a male driver involved in the incident exhibited numerous signs of alcohol impairment. After an investigation, Vincent Wayne Secrest was arrested for driving while intoxicated and placed in jail.
March 13th, Deputy Zapf conducted a traffic stop in the 15500 block of FM 2854 on a vehicle that had been reported driving erratic. Upon making contact with the male driver, it was suspicioned that alcohol impairment may be involved. At the conclusion of an investigation, John Roger Harris was arrested for driving while intoxicated and placed in jail.
