On 10/16/12 Deputy Sherlock was dispatched to the Porter Wal-Mart in reference to a Shoplifter. Upon arrival he learned that the suspect had attempted to leave the store without paying for $511 worth of merchandise. The suspect a 45 year old female from Humble was arrested and charged with Theft.
On 10/17/12 Deputy Durrenberger was dispatched to a family violence call on Roberts Rd. Upon arrival he met with the victim and learned that the suspect had struck her. The suspect, an 18 year old female from Porter was arrested and charged with Assault.
On 10/17/12 Deputy Bartoskewitz conducted a traffic stop and the driver appeared to intoxicated. The suspect was arrested and during a search of the vehicle a pair of brass knuckles was found. The suspect, a 34 year old male from New Caney was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Possession of a Prohibited Weapon.
On 10/19/12 Deputy Bartoskewitz was dispatched to assist Harris County Sheriff’s Office who had stopped an intoxicated driver On Hwy 59. Upon arrival he learned that there were several people in the vehicle and two small children. The suspect was given field sobriety tests and found to be intoxicated. The suspect, a 35 year old female from Houston was arrested and charged with two counts of Driving While Intoxicated with Child Passenger.
On 10/21/12 Deputy Bartoskewitz was on patrol and conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. Upon approaching the vehicle he smelled a strong odor of marijuana. Upon searching the vehicle a small amount of Marijuana was located. The two occupants of the vehicle were arrested. The suspects, 18 and 20 year old males from Porter were both arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana.
On 10/20/12 DPS Trooper Sullivan conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for driving on the shoulder. The Trooper had a DWI prisoner in custody when he observed this reckless driver and MCSO Deputy Bartoskewitz arrived to assist. The suspect was given field sobriety tests and was found to also be intoxicated. The suspect, a 21 year old male from Splendora was arrested and charged with DWI and an active Theft warrant.
On 10/20/12 Deputy Bautista arrested a 33 year old male from New Caney for a Blue warrant.
On 10/20/12 Deputy Bautista arrested a 24 year old male from Spring for a Capias Pro Fine and Failure to Appear warrants.
On 10/21/12 Deputy Bartoskewitz conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Martin Dr. Upon making contact with the driver he observed signs of intoxication. The driver was given field sobriety tests and determined to be intoxicated. The suspect, a 39 year old male from Houston was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
On 10/22/12 Deputy Bartoskewitz conducted a traffic stop on Hwy. 59. Upon stopping the vehicle he observed signs of intoxication on the driver. The driver was given field sobriety tests and determined to be intoxicated. The suspect, a 41 year old male from Cleveland was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
On 10/23/12 Deputy Walker was dispatched to the Porter Wal-Mart in reference to a Shoplifter. Upon arrival he learned that two suspects had attempted to leave the store without paying for $511 worth of merchandise. The suspects, a 39 year old male and 34 year old female, both from Conroe were arrested and charged with Theft.
