District 1 – Lt. Kevin Ray (North County)

On 11/27/2016, Deputy E. Martin responded to a disturbance past call in the 13200 block of Tom Sawyer, in Willis. Upon arrival, Deputy E. Martin spoke with the female complainant who said she and her spouse had been in a verbal argument. The spouse got into his truck and she grabbed the driver side door handle. The spouse accelerated and drug her approximately 10 feet. The female had multiple cuts, missing teeth, and her knees were beginning to swell. The male was located sleeping in the back seat of his vehicle with a gun lying on his chest. The male was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. On 11/30/2016 Deputy E. Martin responded again to the same location and upon making contact with the male he was found to have an active protective order against him for that location. The male was arrested for violate protective order and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 11/28/2016, Deputy S. Martin was informed of a male with a warrant was possibly at a location in the 14500 block of Hulon Street, in Conroe. Upon arrival, Deputy S. Martin made contact with the male, the warrant was confirmed, the male was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 11/28/2016, Deputy A. Senn conducted a warrant service in the 12500 block of Lake Conroe Bay Road, in Willis. The wanted male was located and the warrant was confirmed. The male was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 11/28/2016, Deputy Soroko responded to a disturbance call in the 11500 block of Ward Lane. Deputy Soroko met with a female complainant who said her boyfriend had thrown a weight bar at her vehicle. The weight bar was thrown through the windshield. It was also learned that the male had thrown a car battery at the victim. The male was arrested for criminal mischief and terroristic threat and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 11/29/2016, Deputy Senn was dispatched to the 13900 block of Buckskin Road, in Willis, in reference to a disturbance. After an investigation, it was determined no laws had been broken. A male on location was found to have active warrants. The male was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 11/30/2016, Deputy S. Martin responded to a disturbance call in the 10900 block of Quinlan North Lake Drive, in Conroe. Upon arrival, Deputy S. Martin spoke to a female complainant who said her brother was drinking and started throwing things around the house. During a verbal argument, the male spit in his sisters face. The male was arrested for assault and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 11/30/2016, Deputy Cross conducted a warrant service in the 11900 block of Nellwood, in Willis. The wanted male was located and the warrant was confirmed. The male was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 11/30/2016, Deputy Parsons conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an expired registration. The male driver was found to have active warrants. The warrants were confirmed, the male was arrested, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 12/01/2016, Deputy Porter observed suspicious activity at a business located in the Highway 105 East and South Walker Road area. Deputy Porter observed the business to have a closed sign posted when he observed a male exit the business. The male was stopped and identified.

The male was found to have methamphetamine in his possession. The male was arrested for possession of controlled substance and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 12/03/2016, Deputy Taylor conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for no rear license plate. Upon making contact with the female driver, Deputy Taylor found the female to be driving with a suspended driver license. While inventorying the vehicle, prior to towing, Deputy Taylor located marijuana. The female was arrested for possession of marijuana and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 12/03/2016, Deputy Parsons responded to a motor vehicle accident in the 19300 block of Highway 105 East, in Cleveland. Upon arrival, Deputy Parsons found the female driver still seated in the vehicle, on the driver side. Deputy Parsons could smell a strong odor of alcoholic beverage coming from the vehicle. After an investigation, the female was arrested for driving while intoxicated 2nd and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 12/04/2016, Deputy A. Senn was dispatched to the 19200 block of Highway 105 East, in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, Deputy A. Senn determined there was no disturbance and while identifying parties on location he found a male to have active warrants. The warrants were confirmed and male was arrested. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

District 2 – Lt. Jim Fleming (South County)

On November 28, Deputy J. Logan stopped a vehicle in the 9400 block of College Park Drive. The vehicle had been involved in a one car accident just prior to the stop. The female driver was found to be intoxicated. The 22 year old female from Spring was arrested at 3:34am, charged with driving while intoxicated and transported to jail.

A 28 year old male from Magnolia was arrested at 4:00am, November 28, and taken to jail from the 100 block of Sawdust Road, by Deputy W. Sharman, for a failure to appear warrant.

On November 28, Deputy R. Leverston was dispatched to an accident scene involving an intoxicated male driver. The Deputy located the male and detained him. The 27 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 9:44pm, charged with driving while intoxicated, and taken to jail.

On December 1, Deputy W. Sharman stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 24400 block of Interstate 45 North. During the investigation, the female driver was found to be in possession of marijuana. The 22 year old female from Spring was arrested at 2:36am and taken to jail.

On December 1, Deputy M. Burnett stopped a vehicle in the area of Highway 242 near Glen Eagles. During the investigation, the male driver was found to be in possession of marijuana. The 19 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 2:50am and taken to jail.

On December 1, Deputy M. Burnett stopped two vehicles that were racing in the area of FM 1488 and FM 2978. Both vehicles were causing a dangerous situation for citizens. Both males, ages 18 and 19, from Magnolia, were arrested at 11:12pm, charged with racing on highway, and transported to jail.

A 21 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 7:46am, December 2, and taken to jail from the area of Interstate 45 North at Research Forest, by Deputy R. Jones, for a failure to appear warrant.

District 3 – Lt. Joe Senn (East County)

On 11/28/16, at 0033 Hours, Deputy Beauchamp was summoned to the 19000 Block of Norfolk, in New Caney, Texas, in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, an investigation revealed that a 50 year old male had assaulted his mother during an argument causing her visible injury. The suspect was arrested and charged assault.

On 11/28/16, at approximately 1553 Hours, Deputy Ochoa was summoned to the 17400 Block of Springfield Road, in Conroe, Texas, in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, an investigation revealed that a 36 year old male had been arguing with his brother. Reportedly it became physical and he caused injury to his brother. The suspect then obtained a loaded shotgun and had threatened to shoot police upon their arrival. Arriving deputies observed the male run into a travel trailer and then out of it into a shed, where the suspect’s handicapped father took him to the ground as deputies then detained him. The loaded shotgun that was spoke of was located within the travel trailer, well within the suspect’s reach as he ran from it attempting to elude deputies. The suspect was arrested and charged with terroristic threat public servant and assault.

On 11/28/16, at approximately 1924 Hours, Deputy Lowery was summoned to the 22400 Block of Grace Lane, in New Caney, Texas, for a disturbance for the second time. Upon arrival, it was learned that a 24 year old male that had been previously warned, had again began threatening his neighbors with bodily injury, as he yelled and cursed at them. The suspect reportedly appeared to be under the influence of some type of intoxicant. The suspect was arrested and charged with assault by threat.

On 11/30/16, at approximately 0800 Hours, Deputy Painter was summoned to the 19100 Block of Timberland Blvd, in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, an investigation revealed that a 19 year old female had caused a disturbance on the prior evening while being intoxicated. On today’s date she attempted to take her child from the husband. She and family members became involved in a physical altercation in which all sustained minor visible injury. The suspect was found to be the aggressor. She was arrested and charged with assault.

On 12/01/16, at approximately 1829 Hours, Deputy Durrenberger was dispatched to the Kroger Store on US Highway 59 and FM 1314, in reference to a theft by an employee. An investigation revealed that a 24 year old male had taken prescription items over a period of time from various stores. Narcotics were discovered on the suspect’s person. The male was arrested and charged with the possession of the controlled substance, as well as the theft.

On 12/02/16, at approximately 1000 Hours, Deputy Hinkel was summoned to the 18400 Block of Choctaw, in Porter, Texas, for a suspicious person call. Upon arrival in the area, he located the male in question. The 31 year old male was found to have multiple open warrants for his arrest. These warrants were confirmed and he was taken to jail.

On 12/03/16, at approximately 0652 Hours, Deputy Self investigated a burglary of a motor vehicle that had occurred on Blue Jay Lane, in Porter, Texas. The complainant had followed the suspect into the Humble, Texas area. An investigation revealed that a 17 year old male had broken into the complainant’s vehicle and stolen items, including the radio. The complainant followed the suspect to a local motel in Humble, confronting him, and was using force to regain custody of his property. It was at this time that the Humble Police Department were summoned. After learning where offense had occurred, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office was contacted. The male suspect was arrested and charged with the burglary of a vehicle.

On 12/03/16, at 1334 Hours, Deputy Moseley was summoned to the Kroger Store on US Highway 59 at FM 1314, in reference to a theft. Upon arrival, an investigation revealed that a 55 year old male had taken several items, including meat products, out of the store without attempting to pay for them. The stolen property was valued at more than $527. After the subject was stopped and identified, it was learned that he had multiple prior convictions for theft, which enhance this theft to a felony. He was taken to jail without incident.

On 12/03/16, at 1417 Hours, Deputy Self was summoned to the Porter Wal-Mart where an investigation revealed that a 26 year old male had attempted to steal numerous clothing items, totaling more than $357, by placing them within bag and running out into the parking lot. The

suspect was detained. It was found that the suspect had priors that enhanced this to a felony theft. He was taken to jail without incident.

On 12/03/16, at approximately 1610 Hours, Deputy Billiris was summoned to the 25100 Block of Howsor Drive, in New Caney, Texas, for a disturbance. Once on scene, an investigation determined that a 31 year old male and his wife had gotten into an argument. The male had reportedly strangled her causing her to be unable to breathe and cause injury. The suspect was arrested and charged with felony assault and transported to Jail.

On 12/04/16, at approximately 1021 Hours, Deputy Calhoun conducted a traffic stop on State Highway 242, for expired registration. The 42 year old male driver was found to have an active warrant through Texas Pardons and Parole. The warrant was confirmed and he was taken to jail.

District 4 – Lt. Allison Amundson (West County)

On December 2nd, a District 4 Patrol Deputy was dispatched to the 31000 block of North Cripple Creek, in reference to an intoxicated person driving a Toyota Tundra. The witness advised he had found the truck in his front yard and observed the driver to be intoxicated. He called law enforcement and followed the male to the Chevron station on FM 1774. As the deputy arrived at the Chevron, she observed the 41 year old male carrying a six pack of Bud Light, stumbling, and having a hard time maintaining his balance. After an investigation, the male was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated.

November 29th, a District 4 Patrol Deputy initiated a traffic stop in the 31000 block of Spur 149, on a Ford truck for an expired registration. The Deputy observed a black box on the floorboard which contained a small amount of marijuana. The 27 year old male then unzipped his jacket revealing a plastic baggie containing 1.94 ounces of marijuana. A pipe and a grinder were also found. The male was taken into custody for possession of marijuana.

On November 29th, a District 4 Patrol Deputy was dispatched to a forgery in progress at the Regions Bank on State Highway 249, in Pinehurst. Upon arrival, the Deputy met with the bank employee who advised the suspect was sitting in the waiting room. The Bank had contacted the actual customer on the check, an 80 year old male, who advised he wanted to press charges against the suspect who he did not know. The 25 year old male had three drivers licenses, all with different names in his wallet. The male was taken into custody for felony forgery to defraud or harm the elderly and other charges.

District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch (Northwest County)

On 11/28/16, Deputy Warren conducted a traffic stop at Highway 105 West and Walden Road. Upon checking the driver through dispatch, she showed to have an active warrant out of

California. The warrant was confirmed and the female driver was transported to Montgomery County Jail.

On 11/29/16, Deputy Zapf conducted a traffic stop in the 60 block of April Winds South. Upon checking the driver and the passenger through dispatch, both showed to have active warrants through our agency. Both subjects were arrested and transported to Montgomery County Jail.

District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)

On November 28, Deputy Johnson was assisting Deputy Abdelbaky with a three car accident near Woodlands Parkway and West Panther Creek. While on scene, Deputy Johnson observed that one of the drivers, a 28 year old male, had slurred speech, was swaying while standing, and a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath as he spoke. Deputy Johnson also recognized the suspect as having been arrested the previous day for driving while intoxicated. After an investigation, the suspect was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated. The suspect had previously gone to the restroom stating he was feeling sick.

Deputy Johnson checked the restroom and found a receipt for the purchase of alcohol and believed the suspect disposed of the receipt in an effort to hide evidence of his alcohol purchases. The suspect was charged with driving while intoxicate and tampering with evidence. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On December 2, Deputy Brown was dispatched to 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive, in reference to a theft. Upon arrival, she met with Loss Prevention Officers who stated that three females had left the store and left the area in a dark colored vehicle. The vehicle was located by other deputies and the suspects were identified as the suspects in question. An inventory of items in the vehicle totaled $1083.08 of merchandise from both Pink and Macy’s. The 18 year old and two 20 year old suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On December 3, Deputy Bowers was conducting a park check and observed a vehicle parked after hours. A check of the hood demonstrated it was still hot to the touch. Two subjects were located in the park, one a 17 year old female, was observed to have glassy eyes and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from her breath. The suspect was found to be intoxicated, was taken into custody for public intoxication, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On December 4, Deputy Bowers conducted a traffic stop on Woodlands Parkway. During the course of the traffic stop, the driver, a 33 year old male, was found to have two outstanding warrants for his arrest. After confirming with Dispatch that the warrants were still active, the suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
