District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)
A 22 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 10:22pm, July 30, and taken to jail from a location near N Loop 336 and Plantation Drive by Deputy J. Henson for four misdemeanor warrants. The male was stopped on a traffic offense.
On July 31, Deputy Rupert responded to a disturbance on Meadow Lane. The deputy met with a female who advised she and her husband had been arguing and she had been assaulted. The 52 year old male from Cleveland was arrested at 12:43am and taken to jail.
A 45 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 11:37am, July 31, and taken to jail from a residence on Crockett Martin Road by Deputy W. Rollins for a fail to appear warrant.
A 32 year old male from Willis was arrested at 4:17am, August 1, and taken to jail from a location on Calvary Road and I-45 by Deputy L. Slatter for three traffic warrants. The male was stopped on a traffic offense.
A 52 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 10:13am, August 1, and taken to jail from a residence on Old Hwy 105E by Deputy A. Booher for two misdemeanor warrants. The Deputy was on a warrant service.
A 47 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 3:03pm, August 1, and taken to jail from a location on Bo Wood near Wiggins Road by Deputy A. Booher for an assault warrant. The Deputy was on a suspicious person call.
A 33 year old male from Willis was arrested at 6:50pm, August 1, and taken to jail from a location on Running Bear Drive by Deputy Z. Winford for three traffic warrants. The male was stopped on a traffic offense.
A 26 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 8:41pm, August 1, and taken to jail from a residence on Willwood by Deputy J. West for parole violation warrant and four traffic warrants. The Deputy was on a warrant service.
A 28 year old male from Montgomery was arrested at 9:39pm, August 1, at a residence on Stidham Road by Deputy C. Santoro for six traffic warrants. A second male on location, 30 years old, from Willis, was arrested for four traffic warrants. The Deputy was on a warrant service.
A 38 year old female from Huntsville was arrested at 11:30pm, August 2, and taken to jail from a location on Hwy 105E by Deputy E. Rupert for a parole violation warrant. The female was stopped on a traffic offense.
On August 4, Deputy M. Yow was notified of a suspicious person in the 11000 block of Hillcrest Drive. The Deputy located an intoxicated male staggering in the roadway. The 34 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 4:35am and taken to jail.
District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)
On 7-29-13 at approximately 0352, Deputy Logan was dispatched to the 25000 block of Brookhaven, the Chase Apartments to a disturbance. The deputy arrested a 38 year old male for an outstanding assault warrant.
On 7-31-13 at approximately 0250, Deputy Frantz was dispatched to the 1300 block of Frankfort Drive, in reference to a trespasser. The deputy arrested an intoxicated 30 year old female who tried to enter a home where she did not live.
On 7-31-13 at approximately 1452, Deputy Christensen was dispatched to a restaurant in the 25000 block of IH 45 N. The deputy arrested an intoxicated 37 year old male.
On 7-31-13 Deputy Dishman was dispatched to the 25000 block of Interstate 45 N in reference to a suspicious male. The deputy arrested a 27 year old male after determining he had damaged an air conditioning unit and taken several items from the business.
On 8-2-13 at approximately 2328, Deputy Veith was on patrol in the 400 block of Rayford Road and he saw three males sitting in a vehicle that was stopped in a dimly lit parking lot. The deputy arrested to 17 year old males for possession of marijuana.
On 8-3-13 at approximately 0038, Deputy Allen was dispatched to a business in the 600 block of Sawdust regarding a panic alarm. The deputy arrested an intoxicated 34 year old that had been banging on the windows of the fast food restaurant and yelling.
On 8-3-13 at approximately 0113, Sergeant Baber was dispatched to the 300 block of Pruitt Road, in reference to a disturbance. The deputy arrested an intoxicated 42 year old male and took him to jail.
District 3 – Lt. Joe Senn (East County)
08/01/13 Cpl. Pickerill was dispatched to the Porter Wal-Mart. Loss Prevention advised that a 36 year old female had hidden items in her purse and her cart and left the store without paying for them. She was arrested.
08/01/13 Dep. Bartoskewitz was dispatched to a crash on Hwy 59. During his investigation, he found that the 28 year old male driver was intoxicated and was in possession of PCP. The driver was arrested. During transport to the jail the prisoner caused damage to the patrol car and was also charged with criminal mischief.
08/01/13 Dep. Amstutz was dispatched to a pizza restaurant. The deputy learned that an 18 year old male refused to pay for his food and assaulted a store employee while trying to flee. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
08/01/13 Dep. Bartoskewitz was dispatched to Northpark Drive & Sorters Road area about a vehicle in the ditch. The deputy arrested an intoxicated 50 year old male. The suspect also had a gun in his car and there was a warrant for his arrest.
08/02/13 Dep. Burnett was dispatched to the Porter Kroger’s store regarding a disturbance. The deputy arrested an intoxicated 34 year old male.
08/03/13 Deputies were dispatched to a call from a witness who saw suspects stealing batteries from a road construction warning sign. Deputies found the vehicle and arrested a 31 year old male, a 42 year old male and a 37 year old female for theft.
08/03/13 Dep. White was dispatched to a New Caney home regarding an assault. The deputy arrested a 23 year old male for assaulting his wife.
08/03/13 Dep. Durrenberger was at a home on Old Houston Road conducting an investigation. The deputy arrested a 57 year old male for an outstanding warrant and failure to ID.
08/03/13 Dep. Jordan conducted a traffic stop and found the 29 year old driver intoxicated. The suspect was arrested for DWI and an outstanding warrant.
08/04/13 Dep. O’Connor was dispatched to a Splendora home and arrested 38 year old female for assaulting a family member.
08/04/13 Cpl. Lebeau was dispatched to a residence for a disturbance. The deputy arrived and found that the suspect was attempting to leave the home on horseback. The male was arrested for assaulting a family member.
08/05/13 Dep. Jordan stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. Deputies found marijuana and synthetic drugs inside the vehicle. The driver and passenger were arrested and taken to jail.
District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)
On August 5th Deputy Sharman and Deputy Lowery were dispatched to the Decker Hill subdivision to a disturbance. Two people were arrested for assault.
On August 4th Deputy Lowery stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the Woodtrace subdivision. The 18 year old male driver was arrested for possession of marijuana.
On August 2nd Deputy Thomas stopped a vehicle at the intersection of Woodtrace Blvd and Woodtrace Circle. The 22 year old female occupant of the car was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
On August 1st Deputy Thomas stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the State Coach area. The 26 year old male driver was arrested after the deputy found a handgun and marijuana inside the vehicle.
On July 31st Deputy Irvine arrested an intoxicated 52 year old male on North Marek Street who he found walking in the roadway.
On July 30th Deputies Aaron and Sharman was dispatched to Creek Side Drive to a disturbance. The 19 year old male suspect ran from the deputies but was appended in a wooded area. The suspect was arrested for threatening family members, evading, and possession of a controlled substance.
District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch (Northwest County)
On 07/23/13 Deputy Lowe was dispatched to a business on FM 1097 in reference to a motor vehicle theft. A male victim told deputies that his vehicle was stolen while he was inside a gas station. The victim told deputies that he left the keys inside the unattended car.
On 07/26/13 Deputy Rex was dispatched to a residence on Grand Pines Drive in reference to theft. A male reported the theft of a watch which had been left inside an unlocked vehicle.
On 07/26/13 Deputy Macias conducted a traffic stop on the 19700 block of Hwy 105 W. The driver, a 31 year old male was intoxicated and arrested for DWI, and a 28 year old female passenger was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication.
On 07/28/13 Deputy Pugh was dispatched to a disturbance on Elm Dr. The deputy arrested a 25 year old male for possession of marijuana.
On 08/02/13 Deputy Pugh was dispatched to a disturbance on Old Aqua Landing. A 35 year old female was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)
On Saturday August 3, Deputy Schutzenhofer conducted a traffic stop on Sunny Slope Circle. Upon making contact with the two occupants it was determined that the driver did not have a valid driver’s license. During the course of the traffic stop, two GPS devices were located and found to be listed as stolen. A 17 year old male and an 18 year old male, both from Spring, were arrested and charged with Theft.
On Sunday August 4, Deputy Jones saw a vehicle in the Alden Bridge Park after the park was closed. Upon approaching the vehicle, the driver rolled down the window allowing a cloud of smoke to exit. At this time Deputy Jones noticed a strong odor of burnt marijuana emitting from the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle, a 17 year old male from Conroe, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana. The passenger, a 16 year old female from The Woodlands, was released to a parent.
On Monday August 5, Deputy Fruchtnicht was dispatched to a Theft in Progress call at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect, a 26 year old male from Conroe, attempted to take $127.85 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was charged with Theft and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On Wednesday August 7, Deputy Weatherford was dispatched to a Theft in Progress call at 9595 Six Pines Drive. The suspect, a 33 year old female from San Antonio, attempted to take $230 worth of merchandise from Bath and Body Works. The suspect was charged with Theft and transported to then Montgomery County Jail.
