District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)

On 11/01/15, Deputy Hons responded to Lake Robbins and Waterway Avenue, in reference to check the welfare of a male. Once on scene, the Deputy made contact with the male in question who was intoxicated. The 26 year old male from Magnolia was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

On 11/01/15, Deputy Evans was dispatched to the 17000 Block of Interstate 45, in reference to an assault. Upon arrival, the Deputy met with the complainant and investigated the situation. Upon completion of the investigation, it was determined that the actor had been aggressive and assaulted his wife. The 40 year old male from Killeen, Texas was arrested and charged with assault. The male was then taken to the Montgomery County jail and booked in.

On 10/26/15, Sergeant Ford was in the 28000 block of Interstate 45, when he came upon a suspicious vehicle and the occupants acting strangely. When Sergeant Ford attempted to make contact with the occupants of the vehicle, they took off in the vehicle. The two male occupants jumped out of the vehicle a short time later. One male was located and the other male was not. The 35 year old male from Houston that was located was charged with evading on foot, as well as an active parole warrant. The male was taken to the Montgomery County jail and booked in.

On 10/31/15, Deputy Vasquez observed a truck leaving the roadway and then drive on the side walk of Lake Robbins Drive. The vehicle then continued to Interstate 45, where the Deputy made contact with the driver. The driver showed numerous signs of intoxication. After an investigation, the male driver was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated. The 36 year old male from Spring was taken to jail and booked in.

On 10/29/15, Deputy Weatherford stopped a vehicle for speeding in the area of State Highway 242 and Alden Woods. The Deputy made contact with the driver and smelled a strong distinct odor of burnt marijuana. The driver admitted to having Marijuana inside of the vehicle. A 19 year old female from Spring was taken into custody and taken to jail for possession of marijuana.

On 10/28/15, Deputy Jackson stopped a vehicle in the 16100 block of IH 45 for speeding. Contact was made with the driver and the Deputy smelled a strong odor of Marijuana emitting from inside of the vehicle. Deputy Jackson then searched the vehicle and located a small amount of Marijuana in the glove box of the vehicle. The 27 year old female from Conroe was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana. She was taken to jail and booked.
