METHBUST IN MAGNOLIA

On May 4, 2016 Deputies with the Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constables Department observed a tan colored Chrysler van passing in the center turn lane on FM 1774 and failing to signal a lane change. Deputies stopped the vehicle and identified the driver and other occupants. While deputies were conducting the traffic stop they observed passengers moving around the vehicle acting nervous. Upon further investigation the deputies found 3 pipes used to smoke narcotics and approximately 22 grams of Methamphetamine. Michael McCormack age 50 and Mikaela Pringle age 22 were both arrested and charged with Manufacture or delivery of a Controlled Substance which is First Degree Felony. A First degree felony is punishable by up to life in Prison and a fine not to exceed $10,000.
