MIB IN BLACK THIS WEEK ALSO MUGS OF MOST WANTED

Montgomery County Constable Pct. 4 Deputies served 30 civil papers throughout East Montgomery County. There were 3 writs served, and 6 evections. Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office made numerous arrests; from these arrests 46 JP 4 warrants were cleared. The Deputies also arrested 4 people for outstanding Montgomery County misdemeanor warrants. 6 people were arrested for an active felony warrant.

Five vehicles were towed in East Montgomery County for no DL and no insurance and 21 citations were issued to the drivers for traffic violations. 3 other vehicles were towed after the driver’s were arrested during a traffic stop.

Neighborhood Narcotics Patrol

On 4/10/10 at 12:41am Deputy Bergland conducted a traffic stop on a White Ford truck near Old Houston Rd for a traffic violation. The vehicle came to a stop in a driveway on FM 1485. Deputy Bergland observed a black male exit the vehicle. As the male began to walk away Deputy Bergland advised him to return to the vehicle. After numerous commands to get back to the vehicle Deputy Bergland deployed his taser. The taser was effective in getting the subject to comply with the commands given. He was identified as 36 year old Timothy Wilson. He was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and transported to the Montgomery County jail.

On 4/7/10 at 8am Deputy Smith conducted a traffic stop on a Silver Toyota near FM 1485 and Loop 494 for a traffic violation. The back window frame had been cut out and the trunk was missing. There was a central air condition unit hanging out the back. The driver was identified as 40 year old Micah Holifield. He was arrested on 6 JP 4 warrants and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

On 4/7/10 at 9:45 pm Corporal Looza along with Deputy Ford conducted a traffic stop on a Gray Ford Mustang at the intersection of E Forest and Stag Rd for a traffic violation. Deputy Ford made contact with the driver. The driver was identified as 48 year old Donald Sanches. He had a strong odor of alcohol on his person and breathe along with slurred speech. Mr. Sanches refused all field sobriety tests due to a medical condition. Corporal Looza contacted the ADA on duty and was advised that Mr. Sanches has previously had 3 misdemeanor and 1 Felony DWI convictions. Donald Sanches was arrested and charged with 2nd degree felony DWI due to his previous DWI convictions and transported to the East Montgomery County Jail.

On 4/9/10 Deputy Smith was dispatched to Old Houston Rd and FM 1314 where a vehicle was in the ditch. When Deputy Smith arrived he observed a Red Ford Tempo in the ditch with a white male in the driver’s seat attempting to exit through the window. Deputy Rivera responded to the scene and made contact with the driver who was identified as Roger Tanton. Deputy Rivera conducted several field sobriety tests on him only to find he was not able to pass the test. He was arrested for driving while intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
