Thursday night as Precinct 4 deputy was at the intersection on FM 1485 and Old Houston when he witnesses a vehicle make an illegal left turn from Old Houston onto FM 3083 almost striking another motorist. The vehicle was stopped. The driver, identified as Juan Alberto Juarez, 21, of 15289 Lombard in Conroe. Juarez was in possession of a variety of pre-packaged drugs and over $2000 in cash. He was arrested for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on a $5000 bond.
