We are getting ready for our 4th annual Michael Salinas Christmas Fundraiser for 2010. There are too many children fighting cancer today in the United States. Our wish is to bring smiles and heartfelt memories to children in the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit at Texas Children’s Hospital. There are nearly 20 families on this floor.
We will be providing a meal along with drinks, toys and gift bags filled with hygiene products, inspirational reading material and miscellaneous goodies.
We have set up a nonprofit account for your convenience under Michael Salinas Christmas Foundation, Account # 310074322. At First National Bank or First Convenience Bank in Conroe.
We know times are difficult so, any donation would be greatly appreciated! If you, or someone you know, are fortunate enough to help these families, please contact Ovi Salinas or Billy Stover at the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office by December 17th.
On December 18th, 2010, the Sheriff’s Office, along with Conroe Police Department and families will be taking the gifts and donations to Texas Children’s Hospital.
