Liberty County Sheriff’s Investigators are seeking the public’s help in locating missing person Andra (no middle name ) Bradshaw (WF) DOB 02-17-1946 or any information that might lead to her whereabouts. She was last heard from on July 1, 2016 when an out of area relative spoke to Bradshaw on the telephone. After not being seen around her home located at #53 CR 3280 in north Liberty County for a lengthy period of time, the Sheriff’s Office was notified and an investigation began earlier last week. According to lead investigator Sgt. Billy Knox, investigators found the home containing dozens of dogs and cats with many of the animals in advanced stages of decay. The S.P.C.A. was called to capture and take custody of those animals still remaining in the home.
During the early stages of the investigation, Sgt. Knox said they found the television set on and a table lamp still on. The home itself was found to have large holes in the floors and walls and the doors were not secured. The owner could best be described as a “hoarder” as the home was very cluttered and dirty due to the large number of animals that were living and dying in the home. As far as can be determined by investigators, there is no indication of Bradshaw having an issue with Alzheimer’s or Dementia. A search of the immediate area around the residence turned up small bone fragments which were sent to a Beaumont lab to determine if they were human or animal. The investigation is on-going for any additional evidence or information that can be developed from the residence or from the surrounding property area.
