Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office is asking the public’s help in locating a missing person. On Wednesday, January 6th, 2016, Robert Wayne Hall, a 66 year old male suffering from Dementia and Heart issues went missing from the 11500 block of Colonial Trail Dr., in North Harris County. The male was last seen at approximately 3:00 pm at his residence by a family member. At approximately 6:40 pm, when family members returned to the residence, Hall was gone. An extensive search has been conducted in and around the subdivision and Hall was not located.
Hall is described as a white male, approximately 5’4” tall, 180 pounds, with blonde hair, and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt, black hoodie, blue jeans, and tan colored boots.
