Chief Wieghat and The City of Splendora Police Department are dedicated to our citizen’s safety. This was the second felony arrest during the annual Founders Day celebration. Day shift officers, while on a traffic stop, determined an individual to be providing a false name. Upon further investigation, Officers were able to identify the male as Adam Fredregill. Fredreill had 2 Felony warrants for Bond Forfeiture Theft. Fredregill was transported Montgomery County Jail.

The City of Splendora Police Department’s Night shift officers, while patrolling The Founders Day festivities, observed a suspicious vehicle with a defective headlamp. The vehicle was stopped, and the occupants were identified. One occupant was determined to be providing a false name. Utilzing a mobile fingerprint machine, officers were able to identify the male as Kobe Freeman. Freeman had 2 aggravated assault with deadly weapon warrants. Freeman was also charged with failure to identify fugitive from justice, and transported to the care and custody of the Montgomery County Jail.
